Call your dealer ASAP.
We received a memo that they MUST change Level 1 A69 to Level A A79 just yesterday morning.
This is why all the later orders, who had Level A, are getting scheduled before the earlier orders, Level 1.
The only difference is the autonomous parking was removed from Level 1, creating Level A.
At first they were going to allow customers to wait for it to become available, but then the instructions changed to "cancel the item or cancel the order" essentially.
thanks Anthony,
so that means I have to start over in the process? very frustrating.

Thanks for the info / update! I noticed on my Laramie order with Advanced Safety Group II that there was a similar change due to the autonomous parking, but my order properly reflected the change so hopefully is progressing. It would have been nice to get a reduction in price given a feature was removed through...

Interesting...I would have expected that feature to cost more. Can't even get rubber floor mats for $80....
Well . . . . it certainly would cost more to add it, but this is the price to remove it.
You know if you book a round trip flight, but then never get on the return flight, they charge you an extra $200 cancellation fee? For not getting on the plane!?
But I digress.

I have a rebel X on order but has level 2 equipment group, advanced safety group. Do I need to contact my dealer?

No, shouldn't be effected.
In a REBEL the autonomous parking was in the Advanced Safety GRoup ALP.
If you have adv safety, you'll need to have ALQ instead of ALP.
Unrelated to your level 1/2 on Rebel.

Here are some charts that I wanted to put together before SHAP ramps back up this week.

Note that they haven't been adding anything. For example, the total trucks "in transit" or "being build" before they shut down was 14,000. The total trucks "in transit" or "being built" today is 6,242.

That said, I'd interpret the changes over the last month differently. For example, the drop in Big Horn is likely due to SHAP shipping a bunch out that they had in inventory.

Since they haven't been building anything, the "Year.JPG" is interesting as it shows that 2025 MY is selling only slightly more than 2024 model year. If anyone is curious, I could do some quick math and figure out sales rate. For 2024, the average is down to 149 trucks per day. However, it's slowing as inventory of 2024s drop. This is probably due to two things - 1. There are more and more 2025s available. 2. As inventory of 2024 drops, people are less likely to find the truck they want on their local dealer's lot.

So when should we start seeing an up tick in production now that SHAP should be back online?

I'm guessing mid-week, maybe Thursday at the latest? I heard that the plant shutdown was anywhere from 3 to 3.5 weeks, with 3.5 weeks being roughly tomorrow. Either way, I'm sure it will take them a couple of days to get their bearings after a 3+ week outage.

As of today, no change on their website.
