2020 RAM Sport/Rebel Infotainment Uconnect Hack Help.

After the dealer replaced to starter in my 2020 RAM Sport/Rebel, the Infotainment Uconnect no longer functions correctly. The dealer says they can’t fix it. The display is black unless the car is in reverse, the volume and tuner controls no longer work, and the climate control does not work and blows hot air. The radio is on but a black screen. I can tune and control volume from the steering wheel. But not from the actual system. Does anyone have an answer? Resets have not worked.
