2020 RAM Laramie 4WD Audio System Build w/ 12" Display and JL Audio Stealthbox

Stealthbox purchased with dual 10s. JL RD1000 amp, PAC APSUB-CH42 AmpPRO SUB, Axxess ANC-CHH2 ANC Bypass Harness

Am I to understand that with this, I should be unhooking the factory sub or leave it plugged and adjust the bass level within the stereo and use the amp powering the stealthbox to increase the bass lost by turning it down in the stereo?

Should I try with and without the ANC bypass harness? Seems pretty easy to plug and unplug.
NO u need the bypass

Do that amp fit in the spot on top of the Stealthbox? It's nice they left room for that but haven't seen measurements on the space yet to know what amp I might want to run

My system (not to hijack your thread- just as a comparison)
Let me preface this by stating the only reason I'm keeping the factory head unit is due to it's ability to play 24bit/192khz flac files, otherwise I may have entertained the idea of replacing everything all together. Here's the layout - the KFC-X3C's in the dash are crossed over to produce midrange, and the ones in the rear head liner are crossed to produce highs. The tweeters in the front doors have had pods attached to plates that are centered in the grill openings for better dispersion. (may move them to the "A" pillars, not sure just yet). All the work was done with a buddy of mine who is a certified installer and myself. I won't go into the cabling and distribution blocks as everyone has their fav's.

8 tweeters? holy tweet batman!
i am not aware of a way to replace the factory headunit it's pretty integrated into the function of the truck and after having the 8.4 i can confirm the 12 inch is much better, it produces cleaner signal and SQ.
