2019+ Rams with Lifts/Levels, and/or aftermarket wheel tire setups

Finally found the time to get the level kit installed. 2" spacer and UCA's. Had an alignment done, which I was surprised to see that caster and camber weren't really off, still in the green. The toe in was way too much though. All good now.

Then got the new sneakers (more like boots) on the truck. Radar Renegade R/T
295/65R20 on the stock rims. Only areas of rubbing was on the back at the tab holding the wheel liner. Cut that off and did the heat gun trick.... no more rubbing!IMG_1545.jpegIMG_1548.jpegIMG_1547.jpegIMG_1546.jpegIMG_1549.jpeg Wifey thinks it looks great.... she was actually the first one to say the stock tires were too small !
 
I will be installing the Bilstein 5100's with new UCA, (set to 2" to level it out), with the intention of putting 295/60R20 on (34") or maybe slightly bigger. Is there anything else that I should look at adding to accommodate the increased weight of the bigger tires?

The 5100's are valved to handle the lift and the larger wheels. You're gonna be fine.
 
Mine goes in next week FINALLY for the BDS 3" w/ 2.5 Adjustables and KMC Technic wheels, along with 285/65R20 Wildpeak AT4W. Decided not to do the job myself after I was supposed to do last holiday weekend, but moving came up.

You aren't going to high but SuspensionMaxx end links may be a good idea.

Hey you're running the kit, How much rake did you have? Did you adjust the front? I want around 1" rake, not factory 2"

I honestly haven't adjusted anything. Have just under an inch of rake. Front settled maybe 3/16" after initial install.

Are you doing the front end links and anything in the rear?

That's perfect and what I'm looking for. I'm swapping in SuspensionMaxx Links, Rear Core4X4 arms, Panhard and links, along with Hellwig and upgrading the front sway bar bushings. Full suspension swap with Mevotech TTX Lower arms and tie rods.
 
Bilsteins 6112 front jba upper control arms and 5100 rear with dobinsons 2inch lift spring and core4x4 2inch lift sway bar links. On yokahama geolander mt g003 285/75r18 which = 35x11.2. Lovee the ride. Not much different than stock to me EXCEPT definitely more planted to the pavement and better handling. No offroad use yet but soon. Not much power lost if really any with the 11.2 widths. I would definitely recommend this on the Rebel for daily use! Who wants to hit some trails with me in Georgia?

6112 are a great setup and better than the 5100's for sure. I ran them with 5160 on my 4th Gen

Yes with Adjustable Struts from Bilstein, Eibach or Fox Coilovers. The difference being, with new engine weight difference, you might get a different amount of lift from say the Hemi settings shown in their instructions, until they specify for 25+
 
Finally did the lift, this is right after and I still have some work to do. I've got the rear full Core4X4 Arms, Panhard, Hellwig to install. Sits at 40 Front/40.5 Rear, but also have old suspension in bed at moment.

BDS 3" w/ FOX Elite 2.5's. KMC Technic 20X9 Powder coated Maximum Steel Metallic, same as truck. Falken Wildpeak AT4W 285/65
