2019 RamBox fit and finish

Maybe all of these fitment issues with the 2019 lighter lids is one reason they chose to not offer the Ram Box on the 6'4" bed.

Sorry to ask such a basic question, but were the Gen-4 Ram Box lids made of metal, and the Gen-5 Ram Box lids are plastic?

I read in a discussion that was in fact true.

I have not yet been able to "touch" any 5th gen. I saw a guy yesterday with a 4th Gen Rebel and his were sturdy and heavy (not really heavy well built). I will have something to judge by now when either mine ships or my dealer gets a used one in -- which ever occurs first.
