FWIW, I took the air dam off my '05 and there was a noticeable hit to efficiency. That actually kinda surprised me, because I didn't think it would have enough impact to be detectible by itself. It was, and I ended up putting it back on.
I like the active air dam on the '21, you save the fuel without it hanging down there when it's not needed.

I will probably leave the air dam after the level since im probably going to take a slight hit in mpg after leveling anyway.

Tires will effect you the most. My light weight 275-60's have caused a noticeable difference lol

I bet lol. I’m gonna go with a 4 ply all terrain once the factory tires wear out

I went with the new Rough Country Vertex coilovers, and rear Vertex shocks. I am more than happy with it. Upgraded to 22inch wheels with 33x12.5 tires. Wheels are -25 offset. had to do some trimming, but really love the look

How's the ride with the RC coilovers?

The ride quality is better than stock. It took some tuning figuring out the front and rear settings. I landed on 3 in the front, and 4 in the rear. it now rides like my wifes air suspension Trailhawk Grand cherokee

Oh yeah I know how those ride. I had a 2018 GC trailhawk. I miss that bad boy and sometimes regret trading it in. Only had 2 years left to pay it off.

Have you done any measurement? It looks like there is still some rake, which I want for when I am towing. But it looks good 👍🏼
