Anyway to push the update. Still sitting on 18.27.17. 2019 Oct purchase.

Looks like a have a lot of outdated versions as well.

Truck has always been serviced at Ram. Thanks for the over charged oil changes I guess.

Can dealer update the 12” unit? I recently installed the 12” radio in my 2019 2500 bighorn that had the 5” ra2radio. This is a pic of my current software version.

Hello Y'all,

I took my 2019 to the dealer yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. They also did the normal recall check, updates check. They did a flash of the TCM to bring it up to the current TSB revision and said there was an update to the radio. Apparently you can only get it from the dealer at the moment. Software version 20.04.19 with N0GL hardware.

The main thing that I have noticed the most is that the nav is more responsive and the 4G has stayed connected for the last three days and the search function works as advertised. I don't have a subscription to AT&T at the moment as it expired last year.

If I find more I will update.

Seems like good news.

Yes, they can.

The question is will they, since your VIN will not reflect having a 12" screen from factory? IDK.

Worth asking. Are you having issues with this version?

Seems you like your dealer in Charlotte? If so which one is it? The one local to me I try to avoid. Thanks.

I got a notice in the mail yesterday that you can have a recall flash done at the dealer for the backup camera staying on after you have shifted out of reverse causing problems. You can only get it at the dealer for now, but an OTA update will be coming out in May. Mine has never done that, but when the OTA prompts me to update, I'll do it.

I was told today by FCA Canada that the OTA update will be released sometime in May for this issue or I can visit any dealer to have it updated manually. I’ll give it a few weeks and see what happens before I visit a dealer.

Not having issues, but I don’t have a hotspot in the truck so will it ever update?

Also, there's no rhyme or reason as to how the updates are scheduled. Could be geographical or by VIN number. No one really knows.
Eventually they show up. Mine too several months since the last time it had been updated by dealer last fall (while it was in for service), then it just popped up on my screen about a month ago and got the latest update available at the time.

I was updated OTA yesterday to 20.04.01. I got the recall letter a couple days ago.
I don’t see any difference yet with the new update.

Yup, I've spent the last couple weeks updating the 12"s (not out just yet for the RAM 8.4"s). But is out for JEEP 8.4"s. Also been doing the Wiper Recalls (pretty nice when the weather is good - just walk down the line from vehicle to vehicle). And, also been doing the Cummings Valve Body recall on the 2500s, too. That is fun :)

For the wiper arm recall, are you torquing the nuts to 18 lb ft, or just the 1/4 turn?
