Has anyone else have online search workingMine just updated to today, went from 18.45.40 to 19.49.13, 06/19 build date and online search working for me now.
Yes, they can.Can dealer update the 12” unit? I recently installed the 12” radio in my 2019 2500 bighorn that had the 5” ra2radio. This is a pic of my current software version.

Seems you like your dealer in Charlotte? If so which one is it? The one local to me I try to avoid. Thanks.Hello Y'all,
I took my 2019 to the dealer yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. They also did the normal recall check, updates check. They did a flash of the TCM to bring it up to the current TSB revision and said there was an update to the radio. Apparently you can only get it from the dealer at the moment. Software version 20.04.19 with N0GL hardware.
The main thing that I have noticed the most is that the nav is more responsive and the 4G has stayed connected for the last three days and the search function works as advertised. I don't have a subscription to AT&T at the moment as it expired last year.
If I find more I will update.
Seems like good news.
I actually bought mine in SC right across the line. The dealer is Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat. Right off 77.Seems you like your dealer in Charlotte? If so which one is it? The one local to me I try to avoid. Thanks.
Yes, they can.
The question is will they, since your VIN will not reflect having a 12" screen from factory? IDK.
Worth asking. Are you having issues with this version?
It doesn't require a hotspot. It uses it's own built-in connection. Not having issues, but I don’t have a hotspot in the truck so will it ever update?

I was updated OTA yesterday to 20.04.01. I got the recall letter a couple days ago.
I don’t see any difference yet with the new update.
