My rear sliding window has recently formed the cracks that is notorious for these trucks so my question is has anyone had a OEM replacement put in by Dodge and does it last longer than the original and are they designed different? Or am I better off going with aftermarket that way? It doesn’t...

@RamCares I noticed mold on a roll of tape under my rear seats. Will Ram cover the removal of the mold or replacement of the carpet underneath my rear seats? I have an appointment on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 to address the water leaks from the rear window and 3rd brake light.

OK, like many, many others, my 2019 1500 has a leaky rear window. The dealer ordered the parts some time ago now and they are yet to arrive! I'm wondering if Chrysler intends to buy us all new trucks when our's rust out prematurely due to this issue?
