Hi I’m wondering if there’s a way to update or reset my 12in screen my heated and cooled seats are only working on high or low when I select medium it goes to low or high Dealership thinks it’s a sensor I figure I’d try to reset it or update the software if possible let me know

This makes no sense. I can flip it up and down but the handle only pulls out about an inch. Did they install it incorrectly? Can you all share pics?
