Hey All - I am having the exact same issue as everyone else. I reached out to my case manager who helped me with a clock spring issue and she stated a new TSB for 2019-2021 RAM 1500's was released about a month ago for an EPS Software Update for the grinding issue. Anyone aware of this TSB?

UPDATE: The truck was at the dealer for about 4 days. They ended up replacing the clock-spring and ,knock on wood, all noises are gone and the steering is whisper quiet. Hoping for the best! Parts replaced: Steering column and clock-spring.

@RamCares i am at approximately 37k miles on my truck and have this issue. I really hope RAM will cover this problem even though I am over the 36k warranty. Can I get some assistance please?

33k miles bought Feb 2019. No issues to report and would buy again.
