Exhaust Smell in Cab - Manifold or Something Else?

Hey Everyone!
For the past few weeks I have had exhaust smell in the cab of my truck. I took it to the dealer to check for an exhaust leak. Sure enough I had 2 bolts broke off on the exhaust and it needed new bolts and a gasket. I asked if they checked the manifolds...yep we sure did!
Whelp...I am not sure they did. The smell is still there and getting worse! I took a video of the sound the tuck is making...is this manifold or the Hemi tick.

Definitely sounds like a manifold leak - I had a Jeep that sounded like that - the puff-puff sound you hear is exhaust leaking out of the manifold on every cycle of the engine. And if you're smelling exhaust in the cab, you need to get it fixed right away - carbon monoxide will put you to sleep and you won't know it until you wake up dead.
