There is a setting that allow you to change the display color and font size. It is under settings>display. I think there is 5 choices. I have the 8" display with navigation.

I believe it starts saving whats on the presets on startup. That way when you switch presets you get the start of the song. Believe I read that in the owners manual. At least that is what my truck does.
I have the led lights on my 19 and love them. I had a 14 Ram and hated the headlights. If possible test drive both and see which you prefer. You really don't want to get stuck with headlights you hate.
