Ram chat says truck was delivered 5 days ago. Dealer says it’s in shipping - delayed. This is an order to replace a 2022 that came with a bunch of issues. Any thoughts?

My truck went from SHAP to the Detroit river yard 12/29. 12/30 the transit log says it left the the Detroit river yard to go to the Detroit river yard - apparently the same spot. There is no delivery stamp for the delivery to the river yard on that move. Dealer doesn’t know what’s going on...

I wonder if someone forgot to mark my truck “delivered” to the river yard and now it doesn’t know it’s ready for the next step. And it may stay there until someone figures that out.

I’m only about 250-300 miles from shap. Ram chat said my truck was in transit 12/29. Dealer just texted me this transit chart. He has no idea where the truck is. Anyone know how to read this chart? I didn’t think it would take this long to travel that distance.

Asked my dealer for an update today. Got a BS 12/17. Still no WS but dealer said truck is KZLD (he sent a screenshot). I think that means in transit - delayed. Does that make sense?

My dealer texted me today saying my truck is moving to paint. Ordered a Limited toward the end of October. Could that be true? I'm not overly familiar with the process but I never received an alert about a build sheet from @Eighty Thanks
