That's cool. Enjoy your trip. We were at Ocracoke and returned back to mainland this afternoon. The crowds on the beach were quite low. We went in the early mornings and early evenings.
Last night we had a good rain. I think it helped conditions. We made it down the access ramp 67 at normal 40psi, then started to hit some softer stuff. I dropped down to about 25psi and chugged along in 4WD Low. All good.
We are taking the kids to the outer banks next week in my 2019 Limited with 22's. Has anyone had experience beach driving with those big wheels? I have the stock tires on them. Any advice on how much, if at all, to lower the tire pressure? Thank you.
You all might want to look at bikeflights.com. I've had real good rates shipping bikes with them. Bike boxes are quite large. You could probably get a large heavy duty eBike box from a bike shop and it would be pretty heavy duty.
I ended up going off the Rebel path. Found too good of a deal to pass up on a lightly used grey Limited. I'm planning to de-chrome it, add the sport hood and chunky tires. Regarding the Rebel colors, I found reasons to like them all.
I'm on the cusp of buying a Rebel. I'm curious about one thing that I'm hoping to get some insight from experienced Rebel owners... On the non-Rebel 12 trucks the passenger seat has no height adjustment, correct? Do you feel like your passenger is sitting quite low when you look over? I like...
Any ideas on what the 4th of July and End of Summer sales are all about? I am very close to pulling the trigger on a 2019 but am curious if there will be sales next week.
