I ended up fixing it myself and getting reimbursed by FCA after so many failed attempts at the dealer. What i did was buy new hardware clips and used brake lube on the hardware. its now been over a year with no more noise.
i have heard good things about the Pulsar piggyback. You will have to remove your PCM just to mount the piggyback pulsar pc to it but you will get better throttle response and hp increase around 30 hp. You can also turn off MDS, calibrate wheels. etc. check them out. I currently own the pedal...

It’s definitely the brakes. I had my wife drive it while I stood next to the wheel. Only happens when you tap the brakes. When they replaced the pads last month. It went away. Then I took it for a trip around 500 miles and now it’s back.
Thanks for that info. So far they just replaced the pads and it went away for a bit. I’ll let my service writer know about what they did for you and hopefully that resolves my issue as well.
