Anyone else have water intrusion passenger side floor board

To clarify my original issue, its the front passenger area, under the floor mat. I would think both of those issue items you provided above (and thank you) would present themselves as issues in the rear floorboard?

Anyone else have water intrusion passenger side floor board

My dealer checked it out, and I/we had thought initially that it was coming from under dash leaking coolant or something. Couldn't find anything there, but appears after driving through rain/water so that means it's coming from firewall or under the truck. Are there plugs under there that the...

    Seat air vents in Rebel

Ditto, really wanted a Ram after coming from Raptors, which I still love too, but the vented seats front and rear on the longhorn, plus all of the bells and whistles on my loaded longhorn outshined the rebel (which really wasn't in the same league as the Raptor anyway). I would be let down with...

Critique my planned suspension mods: 5100's with rear air system

Air lift if I recall right, its been a while

Two questions about 3.5" lifts...stock 20s and rear helper bags

You will want to run spacers, otherwise you will rub (assuming you are getting bigger tires as well to match the lifted look). I put on 1.5" bora spacers and it has the right stance now, and tires don't go beyond my fender flares. In regards to the rear, no need in putting on the rear spacer...

Critique my planned suspension mods: 5100's with rear air system

Im running 5100's up front set at pos 5 with a top hat spacer and get 3.5" lift in front and only had to run 20 lbs of air in my helper springs to be even/slight rake. I like the setup, but can see the advantage of lowering the rear for hookups or ease of entry to bed.

    Bilstein 5100

Yeah, ditch the spring spacer (the silver part that isn't bolted in that rides under the top hat spacer) from the readylift kit and run the bilsteins at setting 5 like I did and you have 3.5" of lift again and better ride. I have mine set at 5 and use a 2" daystar top hat spacer and happy. But I...

Yes I have pics in this thread, a few pages back.

    Bilstein B8 5100

Its in need of new UCA's as expected with that much lift over the stock setup, but the lowers and shaft are well in spec.

    Bilstein B8 5100

Not at all, was running 10lbs in them with just the 2" spacer and 25-30 is not even half way aired up (they max at 110 lbs psi) so its actually helped with bumps to absorb the upward travel (as they were hitting the internal bumpstop) since the original bumpstops are removed to install. Now they...

    Bilstein 5100

0-1" over stock for the rears is what Bilstein shows on them. So would be one or the other, not both, and not sure why you would want that much rear lift anyway, you aren't going to get that much from the front to make use of that much extra lift in rear. I have 3.5" lift in front and only...

    Bilstein 5100

I am using a 2" top hat spacer and set my bilsteins to 1.7" so im effectively lifted in front 3.5" and the ride is great. I do need new UCA's though as my angle on full droop is beyond it's acceptable range. I didn't have to do anything new to the back as I already had air bag that were added to...

    Bilstein 5100

Correct me if im wrong here, but If you have 3" of lift that isn't coming from one spacer, but two if you are using readylift kit. It has a 2" top spacer and 1.5" preload spacer. Unless you have a different top hat spacer that is truly 3", if that is the case, then you are going to want to put...

    Bilstein 5100

Yes, posted earlier in this thread the ride quality is much improved, less car like bounce and more planted/truck like and handles bumps/curves better too.

    Bilstein 5100

Which spacer do you have? Mine was daystar 2.5" which really only netted a little less than 2" total height on my truck and many others. If you have a motofab or other spacer that gives more height, I would only go on the 4th setting and run the top hat. Do you have new UCA's with your current...

    Bilstein 5100

Look at the pics I posted, I am running that size tire and bilsteins in front set at spot 5 and using my 2" top hat spacer (as I didn't want to run the shock at the top of its setting and still not get the full height I wanted which was 3" over stock). They didn't have the rears available yet...

    Bilstein 5100

The ride is better imo, for many reasons, the front end would float and bounce a bit with bumps and rises/dips in road, now its more planted and brake dive is reduced as well. Corners and turns better now too, since there is less body roll. Just feels more like a Truck should vs how stock rode...

    Bilstein 5100

I'd say $200-300 is reasonable, I did all of mine in my driveway, this was my second time having it all apart so it went quicker, did both front sides in about 3 hours - took my struts to nearby shop to have them compress the springs and swap the struts which took about 20 mins, but that was my...
