moved here getting no response in maintenance section....so certainly by now, someone has changed there's with the dt being out now for 2+yrs. I can only locate the drain plug which is on the lower passenger side of the diff, but where is the fill plug. I can't find it anywhere...

just get a Prius...I think that fits your personality better. I'd fear a truck might be to much for you to handle....I know it won't quite tow as much or haul but just think of that mpg you'll retain with that hybrid...

would this still be the case if the headliner is bone dry??? I had a leak when I power washed my truck right smack in the middle of the window frame and no visible crack...

you are dead wrong...if you think the current 5.7 has true hemi heads(like the 426) you might want to do some research...
