Yes you can. If the truck is running and the doors are locked from the inside and the fob is inside the cab, you can not open the door.
Left my fob inside with truck running and the dog hit the lock bottom on armrest. Had to call the wife to bring me a spare.

I am also excited to see what the 2022 Tundra ends up to be. Supposedly, the big dealers got a glimpse of the new truck and are throwing around terms like "game changer" etc. Of course they are going to hype it up, but the lack of any true information leaks has me to believe it is going to be...
Looks like your dealer is looking out for you. That is great news. I have had my replacement radio for a little over two months with no issue. If I were you, I would still open a case with Ram and UConnect. I feel that “expedited” my radio to the dealer (about 35 days.).

“Future” In FCA terms, means never. This issue started in June and they have been promising an update since then. FCA is focused on UC5 and nothing else. Good luck and yell and don’t give up.

My wife just asked what I am laughing at? Told her you would not believe what a Ram dealer tried to push on a guy and he did the right thing and called BS on them.
Her reply “it’s Chrysler, would you expect any different?”
My reply, “We are a Mopar family which is equivalent to being a Browns...
It took me about 5 hours on the phone. There is a TSB on the issue. I kept telling asking , “how did I break the radio?” They are the ones that installed the radio and they are the ones sending OTA updates that are causing issues. Just keep at or contact a Lemmon law lawyer to help you out...
Well it’s not your issue but the update for the “Sirius loading” issue that basically bricked the radio was supposed to arrive in July/August of 2020. Still has not been pushed and I (personally) hope it never goes live. I was able to get my 19 Limited unit replace under the extended warrantee...
It’s been about 4 weeks with the new radio and I have not had a problem. Still don’t trust the OTA updates, but hopefully they will leave it be. I am scared to death once the UConnect 5 units start going into new units. We may be left in the dust.

FCA has said an OTA update will becoming months back. I don’t believe it at this point. My “new” radio in my 2019 is working correctly, but I am scared to hell of the next forced OTA update. Call FCA and UConnect and tell them this a known problem and demand a new unit.

Go into the SiriusXM settings and scroll all the way to the bottom. You should see something like account info. Click that and the radio ID should be there. Even with the radio ID in hand, I had major issues transferring the account. It was very painful.

Call FCA and open a case and request they connect you with corporate uConnect and open a case with them also. The shady stuff FCA is doing is shameful.

Update: had the new unit installed this past Wednesday and it is working fine so far. The install took about 40 minutes, but spent another hour trying to switch my SiriusXM account over to the new unit. It was a PITA. I will check what software it is running. Have yet to attack switching the ATT...
