Next on the list is getting rid of the ugly outdated halogen headlights and installing the black housing OEM Led lights. I know there are aftermarket ones out there but not a fan of any of them. I would also like to get the black OEM grill because I feel like there is to much white on the front.
I am also thinking of adding my 2” spacer on top of the 3.5 lift strut. I think it only added 1.5” not 2” and then add a 2” spacer in the rear.
The first picture is with the so called 2” front spacer and nothing in the rear. Second one is right when I installed the 3.5” strut so it did settle a...
I’m on the color matched side and I’m 46. I have a white 2019 2 wheel drive, crew cab with the 6.5 bed with 59k that I bought used a year and a half ago with 43k on it. Because of the longer bed and being 2wd it looked like a low rider and my last two trucks were lifted so needless to say, I...
I have always been white in guy. I bought these used and since they are such a popular tire/wheel combo, I figured I’d run it for a little while to be a little different. It does suck putting my tire jizz (as I call it) on because I put it on by hand and it’s a PITA to go around the lettering
Would you mind posting a couple of pictures of your truck? I have a crew cab 6.5’ bed 2wd that I put a 2” (top spacer) level kit with UCA’s on and I want 35” tires and 18” wheels but not exactly sure what offset I want. Do yours rub at all with the 2” level on the front?
I would never get the baby bed again! I bought a new 05 Ram 2500 CC 4x4 long bed diesel and put 198k miles on it. Switched jobs and didn’t really need a diesel anymore and wanted something newer and different so I found a smoking deal on a 2012 GMC Sierra 1500 4x4 CC with the 5.75 bed and…… big...
I installed the ReadyLift 2” level with the upper control arms yesterday on my truck (19 Ram 1500 2wd crew cab 6.5’ bed) and after driving it about 15-20 miles I have measured and I only got 1.25” of lift in the front! W T H?! Anyone else have this happen? I have heard of people getting a little...
Tacomaworld.com has a tire size calculator that will tell you diameter, width, sidewall height, revolutions per mile, and the total circumference. You can also input two different tire sizes and it will show them next to each other and also show all the numbers next to each other. It obviously...
Are those 35” on a 18” and a 3.5” lift? I have a (stock) white 2wd crew cab with the 6.5’ bed and 20” chrome wheels, the thing looks like a low rider to me! And the chrome 20’s I’m not a fan of either! I bought it used and there weren’t any other trucks with the options I wanted so I bought...
So you only have the 2” spacer that goes on top of the strut in the front and the UCA’s from the ReadyLift kit and the Bilstein’s on clip #5 are 1.7” (non off-road) I think? So 3.7” total? I bought the 2” ReadyLift leveling kit with the UCA’s and was going to put that on now. Then when I am...
Ok, thanks. If I would have bought mine from a dodge dealer they probably would have tried to sell me on the app but I didn’t. I wasn’t even aware of it!
I just bought my 2019 Ram 1500 no navigation with remote start from a dealer (not a dodge dealer) and I don’t think I’m paying anything monthly. Am I misunderstanding what you are talking about?
I think it all comes down to the look you want. Personally I would bring up the front and if you only do 2” I don’t think the tires would look that bad, but again it’s personal preference. Of course bigger tires would look better but with only a level I don’t think it’s something that has to be...
Like the title says….. I’m curious what some of you have paid to have it installed. I live in southern Ca and a shop quoted me $1250 just for the install and a alignment. That sounds like a lot to me but in the past I’ve done it myself.
