Thanks but I haven't been able to find anything about the actual cap wrenches ANYWHERE, let alone on here. It would appear though that I may have found one on Amazon, which is 14 flute, 76mm. But Amazon says it will take a month to get to me? WTF? And it's them selling and shipping it...
So I ordered this for the next oil change and it is WAY too big for the oil filter that I purchased (Fram TG10060). So which one is wrong? The oil filter or the filter wrench?
Any ideas???
Thanks!
Thanks, that's what I was afraid of. Oh well....
Are you sure about this? Tow mode disabling it? Because wouldn't that be the same as connecting the tester?
Just wondering if this is possible?
I remember friends with F150's, disabling their start/stop feature by installing one of those trailer light tester thingy's into the trailer wiring connector on their back bumper. It basically fooled the truck into thinking it was towing a trailer, and...
I too get the pano wind noise BUT ONLY WHEN THERE IS ICE ON THE ROOF. I'm not at all saying this is the case for everyone (because they can and do make noise) but for me, when it gets really cold and I get some ice build up on the roof (especially at the front area, where the glass and roof...
When I first plug in the phone, I get a pop up on the bottom of the screen, asking me if I want charging only or to connect the phone. I always connect it. But even so, sometimes, it doesn't work. It's the phone, I;m sure.
Thanks everyone. I assumed it was an update of sorts, and "knock on wood" my system has been flawless for the most part. None of the issues I have read others having here and there. The only drama I ever have is in regards to Android Auto, which I suspect is more related to my old POS phone...
So this happened to me again last night. Or at least, I should say, that I SAW this happen again last night. Who knows how often this happens: maybe it happens every night? I posted a thread about this back in January in the UConnect forum and no one commented so I have quoted what I wrote...

Saw this for the first time last night. Truck was parked on the driveway and as I was heading to bed, peaked out of the front door and saw what looked like an illuminated centre instrument cluster screen. Strange I thought and as I continued to watch, off it went. Ok.....then a minute later, on...
Can someone offer info on where exactly in the settings I can turn OFF the rear braking but keep the sensors active? I have the 12" screen, if that matters.
Thank you.
Specifically, the grayed out portion in the brightness settings. I don't want it grayed out, I want to be able to set screen brightness when headlight are on.
Anyone????
Thanks :)
I have looked through past threads and it seems that the heated seats (and wheel I assume?) turn on when it's below 40. But having just bought this truck not long ago (and living in Canada), what happens when it gets hot out?
Right now, when I remote start the Rebel, the heated seats are on...
I'm hoping that mine too is good enough. I bought it not long ago (winter here and damn cold) so I haven't had a chance to try it but coming from a car that took ages to cool off and even then wasn't that cold......we'll see.
My buddy has an old Fusion as a high mileage commuter and coming...
I did mine yesterday, first time too with 3000 kms on the clock. I was "easily" able to slide under the truck with no ramps, and was also able to get a 1/2" socket onto the drain plug. No issues either with oil going everywhere. But hot damn, that oil filter.....it was placed on there with a...
