Very easy once you removed screws and door panelin front to get around the mirrors etc. Held on with clips and 1 screw at the end if I remember correctly.

I purchased factory black lugs and mcgard locks.

Here is a vin number for the dealer to find the part # and whether they have available. Any dealer should be able to find from that vin

Find one at a dealer get the vin and have them look up the part and see if available and or how long before they can get it for you

I went with a bed rug for regular tailgate and cut / customized to fit. For the bed I went with just the bed rug mat that doesn’t cover the sides.
