I don’t do anything gaudy, like wrapping the whole vehicle in suede. These areas are all touch points, and the hard plastics feel too cheap. The leather style from the Limited is nice, but those parts are too pricey.

Today I finally received my roll of automotive suede material. I wrapped the mid dash trim accordingly.

I wonder also how many salespeople told those customers that Jeep no longer builds the Patriot.

Looks much better than the stacked version from the factory.

Haha, definitely not age related. Debadging is just too common at this point. Made it boring to me. But I do like the debadged look still.

Replaced the Bighorn badge with a black sport badge. Not a fan of debadging anymore. Used to do it a lot when I was younger.

Yeah, it’s called the bezel appliqué. It’s the entire piece you can see in the pictures, before I installed it back to the full bezel in the truck. It costs from $50 for the Bighorn to $350 for the real wood Limited version. Definitely should have drilled the hole in the bottom.

Well, it was yesterday. Replaced the hood badges with black ones and installed the fender flares. Today I am hoping to receive the remaining blackout badges and finish the de-chroming. Didn’t have a lot, but prefer none.

Looking forward to seeing that. May have to adjust them, have experience with that so no biggie.
