No reason why you couldn’t put the spacer in to omit the rake but be careful with your UCA ball joint. I know there is NO WAY a stock UCA can take that much deflection at full droop but maybe the Mopar kit ones can.

I’d walk in there and demand my property, if they refuse to give it to you I’d call the 5-0 and let them tell the dealer they have no right to keep your property from you. Better yet, if you have the extra set of keys, just take it... not like you’re stealing it.

Sometimes when it’s weak, if you select AM then go right back to FM it corrects the problem. Bandaid for sure....

I used the same kit on mine, very happy with it. I’m ok with the slight rake as I tow a trailer somewhat often and it helps from being nose high.
