Should I tackle myself?

Alright guys.. want your opinion on a 2" Leveling kit for my new truck. I've been going back and forth over either a 2.5" Rough Country leveling kit or the Mopar kit that includes the UCA's. A local dealer here in Charlotte quoted me $500.00 parts and labor on the rough country and I know the Mopar is about $12-1300.00 for just the parts.. Im mechanically inclined and have plenty tools to do the job.. is it worth me doing it myself or having the local shop or dealership tackle?

Do it yourself and save the money for something else...like the new tires you will want. Don't forget about the alignment after.

thats what I was thinking as well.. looks simple enough.. as soon as some of the other must haves get done Im gonna knock it out myself.. alignment I was aware of.. thanks guys.. I appreciate it..
