Figure alignment is going to cost you $75-ish, mount and balance a few bucks so sounds like they're charging $500 to install. Instructions note the install at 5-6 hours, I would assume meaning a competent mechanic with correct tools for 5-6 hours. What is your time worth to do it on your own...
I have the Alpine system so I don't know if I can be of help. If someone in SE Pa who has the 6 speaker system wants to meet up, I'll gladly bring my mic and computer to take some signals.
2020 isn’t going to bring some magical “new” problem free Ram. 2020 will simply mark that FCA, it’s dealers, techs and supporting industries will have a little more experience than they have today. Go get your Ram, it has a warranty and start reading the problem free thread here. There are...
We had a trailer for a few years but lost interest and finally just sold it but it was fun while it lasted, especially all those times salmon fishing. That was a 3150BH model with 2 slides, it was big but for it’s size, around 7600lbs dry wasn’t bad at all.
Personally, I wouldn’t have minded...
Welcome from another Pa’er. SE Pa to be exact. Nice truck. You’ll want to do some poking around the forum and probably skip the Mopar lift as it will net you only 1” with a Rebel.
I had the front windows tinted yesterday to match the rear. Today I washed it up and took some pictures. I am calling this "done" so I figured why not, it will never be this clean again! ;)
Ram did a good job IMO with step bar mounts. You’ll see when you get under there. 3 sets of 3 studs. No messing around with odd inserts, just knock the paint off the studs, hang your step, level it with the top bolts and then cinch the rest down.
I’m not sure how thick the flair is on the Laramie past the stock fender but my reference would be stock, non-flair fender. Your current rim is 8” with a +19.05 offset. Add -44 to get to -63 which is around 2.5”. Also add 1/2” because your are going from a 8” to 9” rim, a half of the 1”...
They will fit since the truck is leveled but that offset is really aggressive. Do you like a wheel to stick past the fender? Quick math tells me they will hang out about 1 3/4”.
I noticed today that the sun visors on the 2019 seem to be a little larger than on my previous 14. Not too shabby but you know what is pathetic, I took delivery on 8/14 and I haven't used my sun visor until today, 10/10! Weather in Pa this summer has been stupid! Forget if it rained today or...
I feel your pain for sure. I made a post after the first week I had mine where some landscapers decided to level ground with a trimmer sending stones all the way down the passenger side of my truck. I think I had 200 miles on it at the time. Fortunately the landscaper companies insurance got...
Post a pic of the chip with something of size to reference. That sounds like ALOT! I realize they’ll paint the whole panel, remove necessary parts that need to be removed etc. but that’s a lot.
