So i had a issue of the abs module saying it lost communication with the dasm but everything worked as intended, i just had a pesky esc light that came about after changing the abs module. Not having esc was fun for a whole 45 minutes ( leaving parking lots sideways without throttle cut woohoo)...

i think you are talking about a classic, but the slight chance you are not the dt's have 4 options base with or with out anc , alpine, and Harmon. none of them are plug and play. the base 6 speaker systems wires the dash tweeters into the front door speakers. the 9 speaker and 19 speaker powers...

i replaced all 4 door speakers in my truck with kicker 43DSC69304 3 way speakers. they are a 4 ohm speaker. after install i was impressed with the over all sound. i will say the integrated tweeters did absolutely nothing. so what ever frequency the factory h/k amp is set at is too low for them...

the wiring for the tailgate module looks fairly straight forward. power ground and lin bus. it appears non multi function trucks don't have the lin bus wire in the tail gate/ bed harness. it is pin 6 on the tail gate module . orange and dark blue. It is used by a handful of modules in the...

depending what year the interior came out that might be the issue i know for the 25 model year they changed the module communication type. on the 19-24 their is a heated/ cooled seat module attached to the pass. seat and a memory module attached to the driver.

it will be a blue and violet wire out of connector c2 on the bcm pin k8 shows it goes into connctor xy340a (i believe that is the headliner harness connector on the right side of the dash. behind the ac vent

steering is good to go, all 1500's have electric assisted steering. Mine had the emergency braking when reversing. the abs module and valve assembly are different and still had to be changed.

did you purchase the mirrors new or used? sounds to me like your passenger mirror is not a memory mirror.

Unhook the battery and leave it disconnected for a couple of minutes. solved my problem.

no to the fuse. looked at some diagrams from pro demand and the wire is ran from the fuse box but terminates in the connector for the headliner harness( on the left side of the dash cluster area)

got everything all working today. while installing the plastic covers i noticed the windshield i got installed has lines for defrost like the back glass. what would be the process for hooking that up?
