What wiring or harness is needed? I would like to upgrade mine as well.

If you have the base console, one plug is different and 2 wires have to be added... @Jimmy07 makes a conversion harness that takes any guess work out of it... I did make a change with Alfa to the Premium Overhead Console, not sure if it was even needed but everything works as advertised ...
