    Wireless CarPlay Dongle

Waze always seems to crash mine, so I stick with Google or Apple Maps. If i need Waze, I have to resort to using a USB cable.

    Toyo Open Country AT3 - 305/45r22 - My Impressions

Finally got my truck washed, so here's a couple of side shots for the person that requested them.

    Toyo Open Country AT3 - 305/45r22 - My Impressions

I bought the same tires in Dec. 2020. Here's a mini-review: Looks 10/10 These tires really make the truck. Lots of compliments from friends Road noise 6/10 While not bad for an AT, there is a noticeable difference from the stock touring tire at all speeds Gas Mileage 7/10 I think I've lost...

TSB #24-001-20 A/C Fix. Has anyone had it done yet? Plus are you happy with the results?

Wouldn't that just push any clogs further up the drain? What are you dislodging?

TSB #24-001-20 A/C Fix. Has anyone had it done yet? Plus are you happy with the results?

The dealer just did the HVAC flash on my truck, even though I brought it in requesting the full "fix" TSB. So far there is really no difference that I can tell. Driver's side vent blows at 53, passenger at 44 after driving for 15-20 min. I've got about 6,000 miles left under warranty and I...

Siphoning gasoline from the 33-gal tank possible?

Agreed, but thank you for the detailed explanation! It's good to know in a case of a true emergency, but a half-dozen of those Harbor Freight Jerrycans are looking pretty good right now.

Siphoning gasoline from the 33-gal tank possible?

Hurricane season coming upon us here and I've been trying to think of a way to have 40+ gallons of fresh fuel on hand for the generator. I had the idea that I have 33 gallons of fuel in the truck that is cycled out every week. Would it be feasible to fill the truck and use it as standby fuel...

Would not having the advance safety group stop you ordering?

OP didn't say whether or not they ordered the truck with Level 2 group--only that it was built without the ASG that was ordered

Would not having the advance safety group stop you ordering?

Correction to my previous post, it looks like the Cross-Path detection came as part of the Level 2 Equipment Group, and not the ASG? These features (among others) are listed on my window sticker under "Level 2 Equipment Group" Automatic High Beam Headlamp Control Blind–Spot with Cross–Path...

Would not having the advance safety group stop you ordering?

One thing that I don't see discussed here is the rear cross path detection feature. I've found it to be very effective and accurate, and the notification that someone is coming up behind you is a nice way to add to your own awareness in a busy parking lot.

Would not having the advance safety group stop you ordering?

I agree 100% with bucolic: I purposely looked into the Ram specifically for the ACC. I use mine all the time (almost daily), and it really helps take the stress out of commutes and even stop and go driving, albiet it can be a bit more jumpy in these conditions. While not perfect by any...

    Bak Revolver X4 Poor Quality

Update: I opened a warranty request and sent the information they requested. They are sending me a new cover, so I have to give them credit for standing behind their product. Will post back on the quality if the new X4s model they are sending.

    Bak Revolver X4 Poor Quality

Making a contribution here as well. According to their website (https://bakindustries.com/revolver-x4) the BAK Revolver X4 is a "premium cover". Really? Take a look for yourself at the poor quality of the Revolver X4: Does not fit correctly. I have the same spacing issues and poorly cut...

Ram Could Build An Electrified Ram, If Customers Request It:

I have to admit that I had some F-150 envy when I read this story. A truck that kept my fridge and modem on? I don't mind siting in without power, but not having to throw away a fridge full of food would be great. Gas is already in the tank so you don't need to worry about containers, etc...

    Chirp/Squeak Noise

Why does this TSB not include the 2019 trucks? Seems like an intentional oversight by FCA
