Threw some led reverse lights in ! 2021 ram

Noticed today there’s a rough knocking when I let off the accelerator . Any ideas ? thought it was caused by me throttle controller but when I had it off , the problem remained . Only at low speeds it happened now when I had it opened up . ram 2021 v6

My buddy had this same problem . Brought it to dodge twice and all they did was mess up his front bumper and didn’t install it correctly . Eventually he went to a buddy of his and I think they sealed around the headlight with some type of water proof silicone type stuff .
