I'm sure they have made some updates. There are no cracks in the current window frame. I think the sealant gave out in the problematic corner areas.

Dealer is full of crap there is a star case. They need to do thier homework. BTW ANC noise happens more frequently when the rear seat area if full. Boxes ect.

The problem with your theory is that when you open a window the ANC turns off! Not joking.....it really does. Lol

68426398AD is the new PN. The one in the pic is older. Note the different preceeding numbers in the part number and the date tag.

Sounds like ANC feedback noise. They can/should fix it.

That is quite possibly an installation error. Not sealed properly. Be very cautious if they tell you they can seal it. (Didn't work for me) Also, be even more cautious if they tell you they want to remove and reinstall the same window. I was told by a glass guy that that was nearly impossible...

I had a professional glass guy seal mine as a temporary band aide fix twice. It failed each time.

You have a point. But it blows my mind that even the earlier PNs (AA for example) are still being sold to unsuspecting customers. So much for purging thier stock. @RAM Cares

RAM needs to get thier dealerships on the same page and up to speed. To many stories of people getting the run around. @RAM Cares

Have you tried turning it off? There is info on this site somewhere for doing so. Think it involves using the paddle shifter and manually selecting 8th gear. Personally I'm ok with mds just wish it could be engineered to only drop to 6 cylinder some how. That would make a big difference cruising...
