Reviving this thread… did you have this issue resolved ? was it in fact assembly lube? I’ve had a small drop or two of brownish fluid where the engine/transmission meet for a while. It’s not engine oil and not green like the 8 speed ATF. Mine is a ‘24 with 6K miles. thanks in advance

I heard my '22 Limited 1500 make a similar noise once at 35K miles. I drove it another 1K miles without any issues and traded it in for a '24 Limited last month. I wouldn't be too concerned unless you hear the compressor constantly running or your truck suddenly turns into a lowrider.

This just happened to my brother’s ‘20 Limited. Bumper to bumper warranty has since expired. My ‘24 limited has a synthetic dash. Initially I felt screwed about the change from leather to synthetic, but I guess I don't feel so bad now.

Same happened to me many years ago after not properly tightening oil filter. Let us know what you find.

The 2022 models do come with synthetic oil from the factory. Now it’s a 0w-20 oil. I did the first oil change on my ‘22 limited at 5k miles at home and plan to continue doing so every 5k miles.

Happened to me too with my 4th gen 🤣

It's 3m double sided tape that I have since removed from a hole that's in the mirror. Covering it did not remedy the whistling problem.

I had an early production 2019 with subpar ac performance. I resorted to the clamp method as others. I eventually sold the truck in 2020 and recently picked up a 2022 Limited. The ac on my new truck is way colder. No complaints about its performance.

My ‘22 limited came with 22” Pirellis. I had a ‘19 Laramie Sport with 22” Goodyears that had a slight vibration. Eventually they were replaced with Michelins that remedied the problem. So far , at least to me, the Pirellis seem like a better tire.

2021s can also be optioned with an Auto 4wd transfer case.

It made a small difference. I daily-drive it 90 miles to and from work every day and it drove me mad after a year. I went back to stock about a month ago and it is so much nicer to drive now. I love loud exhausts and have had borlas and corsas on other vehicles, but this was just too much for...
