Im having an issue with my dash and would like to contact Ram cares . i have read i should private message them i don't know how to do that need help please

I have a 2019 with 18000 miles in a garage driven maybe twice a month its had a dash cover since new. Saw all these post today and decided to remove dash cover and look at dash . it completely delaminated I'm Pissed any ideas on what i should do next can't seem to contact Ram cares.
