This is my second 2019. I bought one last December and had several issues with it. Firewall water leak, leather on dash bubbled up, defective sway bar plus a couple of other nit picky issues. My dealer took care of everything but I just didn't feel great about the truck. Took a 4K mile road...
Wasn't that I didn't like the Falkens but I got a piece of metal in one of them and it couldn't be repaired so I used that as an excuse to get the Toyo's. The Falkens certainly rode very well but I do like the Toyo's better.
I would have been fine going with another Delmonico Red but for some reason this dealer has been putting lift kits and big tires on their Longhorns and I just don't want that. But as I said, I love the Patriot Blue.
I had only made 3 payments as I financed through Chrysler Financial at 0% and they delayed the first payment for 90 days. I have no doubt they worked the numbers but as I said I walked out financing $1K less than what I currently owed. I did lose the 0% to maximize the rebate and yes I reset...
Well, I bought my Delmonico Red Longhorn back in December. Had a December build date so I thought I'd be safe. Replaced the front sway bar, had to have the firewall leak fixed, and did all the recalls. My dealer had taken care of everything so no complaints other than the aggravation. I had...
Obviously can't speak for the Duratrac's but I don't think these are noisy considering the aggressive tread. I do hear them a bit when slowing down to a stop but it's nothing I'd consider annoying. Bottom line for me is that they just feel "right" on the truck. Hopefully some others will...
Doesn't seem to "suck" any more or less. Since we're heading toward warmer weather and summer blend it may be hard to tell. I get around 14.2 - 14.5 for my daily commute which is mostly city streets and no interstate. So far it's staying right in that range.
One of my original Falkens encountered a piece of metal in the sidewall and couldn't be repaired. I can't say I was unhappy with the Falkens, they certainly rode very well but I was just not certain about their quality as an OEM tire. So I went ahead and replaced all four but with a brand...
Picked up my truck this afternoon. Today neither the service manager nor the technician could get the truck to make any noise. They checked the front end and didn’t find anything lose or any dead animals hanging around. Never heard the noise myself on the drive home. At least they pirated the...
Mine is back at the dealer for a second time with the front end noise. The first time they replaced the sway bar links (or something like that) and that was at 1300 miles. Now I have 3900 and it's making noise again. I also had the firewall leak repaired last week (mentioned in another post)...
Update: Picked up my truck today. Turned out to be the firewall seam leak where the sealer was either not installed, partially installed or just not correctly installed. Kind of glad it was something seen in other postings. Hopefully my leak issues are behind me now.
