I made the switch from usb-c to usb-c cable to a usb-a to usb-c cable and haven't had the issue again. This was after a USB hub replacement, several different cables, and a firmware update failed to fix.

I had hub replaced by dealer. Works a little better, but still get this error. Finally tried usb a to usb c cable and as long as I insert the USB c side in the right orientation (it likes one way and not the other for some reason), it has worked perfectly

I had the split screen option for a few weeks, now I don't. I've updated Android auto app, updated uc4, looked in settings but can't get there option back. Where your split screen option is, I just have the icon for the apps menu

Batteries from factory are crap and lucky to get 1-2 years out of them. It's technically a wear part, but maybe you'll get lucky and they'll cover if it is a battery problem
