Dropped it off at the service dept a few minutes ago with this list. Service Writer told me it would take a few days to get through it, made a copy of my list and immediately offered a rental car. I did notice the two RRT bulletins and Recall notice automatically populated on my R.O. As of right now, I'm only being billed for an oil change. We'll see how it goes, waiting for the rental as I type.

That looks like a great combo!

Do you have a pic of the tonneau rolled up? I'm curious if it rolls up all the way to the back of the cab (or does the Go Rhino block it?)

Here are a few pics. You have to flatten it out to roll it up past the sport bar. You can't get past the bar if you roll it up tight. Easily rolls up as shown in the picture though. Maybe with some finagling you can get it tighter but it's to cold here to mess around with it today. I was disappointed as I seen reviews/picture of the Sentry cover rolled up with the Go Rhino 2.0 combo IMG_20190208_095119.jpg IMG_20190208_095111.jpg IMG_20190208_095111.jpg IMG_20190208_095119.jpg

I drove my Loaner ram home until my real one is delivered to my doorstep

Does this count?

For real though, when I get mine. I’m going to install side steps and tint. anyone have recommendations?

Cheap sidesteps will be fine, but just be black as my truck is a blacked out laramie

Also, recommendations on tint? I live in San Antonio and want something that defends against the heat quite a bit.

Go with a ceramic film tint it'll block a lot of the radiant heat transfer. The tint place I use for all my vehicles here in town uses Johnson, They guarantee their work and and the film against cracking, bubbling and peeling for life. My last truck had the passenger window broke out by some POS thieves. Went by the shop after having the window replaced and they tinted the replacement window free of charge. Really awesome shop.

Came with the kit. Only thing I don’t like is that it’s OBD based for plug and play so it’s in the port. I’m going to flip the mount so the cord is towards the firewall. Can take a better picture later.

You could install one of these and remote mount the steps connection so you don't see it while still retaining access to the obd2 port

Despite that it doesn't roll up all the way, it still goes pretty far...probably farther than any tri-fold would be able to do. I think it looks awesome!

Thanks again for posting those pics despite the cold!

wow, those are A LOT of "little niggles" : ( Sorry u have so many . But while ur at it, did you check if your Vin was one that needed the Power Steering fastener bolts tightened? The recall just went up last week, i have an appt for this Sat to have them cleaned & retorqued this sat....

But other than all of that, are you liking your truck? I mean, have all the things on ur list soured you to the point when you get it all fixed you would think about selling it as soon as possible?! Hope not, been a RAM owner for over 20 years, and while i DEFINITELY see the "quality fade" in THIS new 2019 in many areas, i haven't experienced any REAL issues and am optimistic for the most part they are a sound a truck as all their past gens... Here's hoping... : )

Dealer just fixed my no centerline. They need to replace the cvpm. That does it.

Anyone have an issue with the front left of the truck squeaking when hitting bumps? Also my steering wheel squeaks sometimes when turning left too - not sure if thats the cause or the effect of the front end squeaking.

Shook the front of the car from the outside and hear it when the hood is open.

Was told by someone to check if the squeaking stops when hitting bumps with brake applied but it does not.

Dont think any of the mods can be the cause but they are:
-Added Side Steps
-Changed Wheels from Stock 18s to Stock 20s
-Added K&N Filter
-Added Tailgate Damper
-Added Bed Cover
-Changed Bulbs (but this was after squeak started)
-Added Magnaflow Muffler

Anyone have any insight?

Had my windows down the other day for the first time and noticed the drivers side front squeak when hitting certain bumps. Also noticed a squeaking sound (like a squeaking belt) but only over 35 mph. Under 35 mph it goes away. Brakes on or off doesn’t seem to change it. Going to the dealer on Monday - they’ll look at it when the do the power steering ground recall.
