Truck rcvd and at home. Here is payload and window sticker. Pretty quick turn around. No divider, and I did not order the BUG.

Ouch, a more complicated build, ordered a month and a half later, and delivered before mine.

Congrats to you, but c'mon RAM......

I'm sure there is a reason. They can make some calls and get a good answer. I got mine before a couple who ordered before. It was a limited, but said something with the color delayed it significantly. Hope you get an answer or a truck soon.

I'm hopeful it's going to get to the dealership in the next 2 days or so. Sitting in a rail yard less than an hour away now. My wait wasn't excruciating, especially compared to the May/June orders that are just about all finally filled.

Send them a PM and explain what happened. Thats what I did and they took care of the rest. Took about 6 weeks for me to get the check
What were the exact words you used to get your check? I tried but kept getting the “we can’t help you once you have taken possession” line. And “call the Incentives department”. When I call incentives they say to call customer care. When I call customer care, they say to call incentives. Round and round it goes.

How are people here able to track order process? I read through over 20 pages but could need see how people are doing it?

I ordered my Rambox with eTorque on 12/28. I heard the lines were shut down until 1/14/19 so I do not expect mine to be far in the process.

I didn't want to start bugging my dealer yet but it appears people here are able to see their order status as well as order status for other people on here.

What is MOTS? What are the meaning of codes I see people use? C, D, D1, etc.

Has any December RamBox orderers get any dates yet?

This is the website for MOTS: https://jeepgarage.org/f102/custome...ge-chrysler-fiat-and-ram-vehicles-203991.html

Make an account and pay $25 to have them track your order after you provide them your VIN #.
Also, the random letters your speaking of are codes of how along your truck is in the build process.

Here is a link that gives a definition to each build code letter: https://www.jeepfan.com/tech/chrysler-jeep-vehicle-order-codes/

Anyone here getting ivory trucks with matching cabs and beds? I'm having to decide on a replacement for mine and am wondering if they've worked out the paint issue yet? Basically, is it worth risking ordering an ivory tricoat yet or are they still having paint match issues? Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask, but figured you guys taking delivery would have the most up to date info.

Thank you for your response. How and when do you get a VIN? I thought the VIN was not available until the truck is about ready to ship.

I ordered 11/2, they started building it when they got back on 1/14 and it was done on 1/18.
Yours should be pretty close, my guess.
You can also contact RAM via ramchat to get where in the build process it is at, dont call though as the phone people dont seem to know what you are talking about. Just the IM people seem to be able to give that info out.

Your dealer gives you a Vehicle Order Number (VON) when the order is placed. As soon as it is pre-scheduled, you can have the dealer provide you the VIN. The VIN is generated prior to even allocating the parts to build the truck.

Mine was a late September build. Matches perfectly.

Would you happen to have a photo of yours you could post...privately if you prefer. I'd love to see it.

This makes me feel really good!! I've been running thru the build tool trying to decide on different colors and it always comes back to the combo I chose. I chose it because I liked it best and I hate the idea of having to choose something different that isn't my personal favorite combination.

I may just give it a shot and go back with my exact combination and if it comes in wrong...just keep doing it until they get it right :)

I'm in a fortunate position to have extra vehicles and work from home, so I can wait them out if necessary.

Naw, you should have your VIN within 3-7 days after ordering. Max 2 weeks. Contact your dealer.

As far as I know they shut down tracking too. Nobody is tracking orders anymore unless they want to be open to a lawsuit from FCA.

The only places on the truck that i can see a very slight hue difference are on the plastic parts, such as Ram Box lids. It's totally normal to have a slight variation in hue between plastic and metal. Trust me! I'm totally OCD and anal. Im very happy with the paint! You may see some reflections in the paint from my concrete driveway, but the paint color is consistent throughout; bed matches doors matches fenders.... Here you go:

Looks much closer of a match than mine and others I've seen, but the bed still looks whiter than the doors / cab. Appears they still have some qc to get worked out.
There really is no difference. What your seeing is the concrete driveway reflecting off of the side of the truck. It makes it appear to have a cream color, which it does not in real life. I'll try to get a better picture of it when the weather clears up here in Harrisburg PA. Trust me, I'm very picky about that sort of thing... I've washed and waxed the truck a few times by hand. I would have noticed something like that. My old farsighted eyes are very keen to things like that.

Excellent! I think I'll take a chance and try my color combo again. Thanks!
