Ugh... pricing is all off on our Replacement Offer. Looking at a nearly $7k delta from what we were told at the time of offer/order. Holding firm, but its hard to just sit and wait while our truck is sitting at the dealership. Grr...

MSRP paperwork submitted shows an MSRP of $69,080 (actual window sticker shows $71,080) but our POC at time of order states an MSRP of $68,415. Since I can't negotiate a discount I'm making sure they honor original pricing. Wife and I have waited nearly 9 months...

Secondly, Stericycle, the third party handling the buyback is attempting to charge a usage fee calculated at just over $6300, which honestly all things aside is reasonable, but our original offer paperwork states a usage fee calculated at 10 miles; yes you read that right, 10 miles. So now they're citing state guidelines on usage fee calculation, and I sent them back our original offer letter and they're "looking into what they can do about the usage fee". Clearly they realize someone screwed up.

The worst part? I asked to have all this documentation done weeks ago once the truck his KZ to avoid all of this, and the 3rd party drug their feet and just got the paperwork over to us yesterday, after repeated requests.

Such a painful drawn out process... but we're holding firm to wanting simply what was offered.

Stericycle responded again and my representatives supervisor is stating it was a “typo” that they’re not responsible for and they’re bound by state Lemon laws... oh hell no... I’m not forking over an additional $7K for a “typo” on their part... Lemon Law lawyer here we come.

I went through Lemon law w/ stericycle and I didn't pay a single penny for my 2019 Ram from my 2017 lemon. Unless you are upgrading to a higher trim and or adding more add ons example: off road package etc. you shouldn't pay to pay anything. In fact Stericycle paid me $200 lol

Good news. Dealer just said my truck was in Iowa, even though I still can't get a window sticker for my VIN. So, based on what others have said, it might take a couple more weeks to reach the offload yard in Pearland, Tx. Does that sound about right, Edwards?

No set times, but mine was in Pearland two days after Iowa. Then unloaded 2 days later and then delivered to dealer 6 days after that.

Anyone with Ramboxes who wants to share their order progress please post your trucks status here. Indicate if it has E-torque as well. These two options have been causing big delays. By knowing who has Ramboxes and E-torque we can see who's moving forward in MOTS.

Mine was ordered 07/03 and is still a "New Order". Rambox and E-torque.

Yes, everyone who is "tracking" has ordered their trucks exactly the way they want them. This thread was started because orders for trucks with Ramboxes and E-Tourque had significant delays. My truck took around 90 days but some who ordered early in May have had to wait upwards of 150 days.

Definetely true for those who order in Nov or Dec. The Ramboxes and E-Tourque seem to be flowing smoothly now. Of course, any shortage of parts can lead to long waits at any time. You pays yer money and makes yer choices!
