Glad to hear you're close. Yours is Quad with chrome package right? Can't wait to see it.

Placed my order today on a 19 Limited 4x4
5.7 Hemi e Torque
Ivory w/ Black interior
Level 1
Trailer Brake Control
Sunroof
3.92 Rear Axle
Bed Utility Group
MSRP 65,160 including destination
After A couple of hours, we are at 56,773 before any rebates, lol, not many out there.
I am super charged.

Weird glitch today, Hemi 5.7 without e Torque is unavailable on high trims. Suddenly everyone was making phone calls, even the Dealership GM got involved. He said there had not been even a water cooler rumor about it. I had a build 2 weeks ago without, so if nothing gets changed he will honor the 1st quote, so I am good either way.

Solid price. I got about nearly the same off before rebates too.

Also I am not certain but like 99% sure someone else mentioned the other day about not being able to order the normal 5.7 Hemi in a Limited Trim at the dealer. Wonder what is going on with that. Very strange. Hope it’s just a shortage issue and nothing else.

Yep that was me, tried to order a Longhorn but only allowed e-torque Hemi, also no off road package available at this time. Dealer computer order sheet still showed a standard Hemi available in the lower trim levels. Saw on a post on this forum somewhere that the standard Hemi may not be available again till January. Comments have been made that it seems like Ram is getting ready to build e-torque trucks and I would agree. Wonder if they are building the last of the standard hemi’s for now (which should take a few months yet maybe) and then building only e-torque trucks at the Sterling Heights plant the rest of the year then when they are done building the ‘18 models at the other plant they will again build standard Hemi trucks at that location after the first of the year? Maybe i’m Lookin into it too much!

Be honest with you I wish they had used the Warren Plant and WORKERS for the '19s. Then we probably wouldn't be enduring all this stress. And, selfishly speaking, my Rebel would be sitting in my driveway instead of lanquishing in (I) status.

I'd agree with that. At least for me, at this point its not even that I dont have the truck yet, its that I'm 44 days in D and not a peep from Ram about why despite multiple requests for info (like everyone else, I know of no one that has received a Ramboxed 19 yet or heard of any in the wild so I'm assuming that that the issue). Don't take the orders if you have no intention of filling them in a timely basis (and yes, customer care still quotes 6-8 weeks typical delivery)...same for the people with E-torque. At this point I'm not sure if its just tremendous teething pains with getting Sterling Heights up to speed, issues with supply base or design, or just really, really poor scheduling. Either way it doesn't leave a good taste in the customers mouth....I'm willing to deal with delays but own it Ram and keep me informed.

Sorry for the venting...was suppose to receive a call from Ram yesterday but par for the course they didn't call...once again good customer service.

I agree. They are quick to take customers money but not quick with the builds

Just got the order number today....D1 like everyone else. Shows estimated ship date as June 23. The VON is 41887829.
I logged on for a status update. "All of the materials needed to start the build process have been received. The vehicle should be entering the build process very soon. ETA- to be determined." I placed the order the first week of May. Patience.

That's the script for any order in D1 status. They told me that you can be in D1 for up to 30 days but a few here have had longer stints.

Just saw another ETorque truck move up to D1 today, doesn’t have off-road or rambox. But at least there is some movement

Moved to D1 yesterday. eTorque no Rambox.

Date ordered: 06/07/2018
Current Status: D1
D1 status date: 06/16/2018
Estimated delivery: TBD
Built pending inspection: TBD

Seems as though it might be that Rambox is the hold up now?
