Had dealership install Mopar 2 inch lift on my 2019 ram

So I had the dealership install mopar lift on my 2019n ram and i think it is the worst thing i could of done. I took the best smoothest driving truck I ever owned and made it into the roughest riding truck i ever owned. Literally i feel like im driving a skate board because i feel everything. If i could turn back the hands in time i would of saved my money and kept truck stock because it was such a great ride. now i feel like my kidneys get beat up when i drive truck. I got truck back from dealership on1/31/2021 and i m ready to trade it in on something else because it really is that rough of a a ride. $1250 for lift, $1150 for tires, $950 for install, $120 for alighnment, $120 for mount and balance of tires and it is worst money I ever spent.
 
Sorry to hear that. That's why I didn't lift mine. Well that and the fact that I don't do anything off-road.

Just out of curiosity, what wheels and tires did you go from and to? Most ride quality issues arise from sidewall stiffness and rim size. Maybe try sticking with 18in wheels with a little more sidewall and lower pressures to 32-38psi range?

That doesn't sound right. Have you checked the pressure in your tires? Maybe they set them at the maximum psi.
 
That's very odd. I have the same factory lift (fox shocks) with up graded BFG AT tires (34") and my truck drives great. It is firmer than stock, but definitly not harsh in any way. I would check your tire pressure as mentioned above. Maybe you have a frozen shock or some type of defective part. Also, for complete disclosure I installed the kit myself and had it aligned at a local, five star, alignment shop.
My ram is the best lifted vehicle I have ever owed. ???
 
Good idea check your tire pressure. This is a first everyone seems to love the mopar 2” kit yes will ride a bit rougher then stick but that’s generally due to having to go with a higher ply AT tire.

Wow, that's crazy. I just had a 6" pro comp lift installed a couple weeks ago and I love it! Very small difference between the stock ride and the new ride. Noticeable, but nothing like you described.

Shocks too stiff or tires too much air. Or rims too big with tiny sidewalls. The cars with 29" rims to make a tire 30" round ride like wagon wheels.

I don’t do anything off-road. I just felt that truck sat to low to ground

I went with cooper at3. 285/60/20 on stock wheels

Those are E rated tires, which have stiff sidewalls to begin with and the 20" wheel size only adds to that stiffness. I have 275/70R18 Duratracs (E rated) and they are a bit stiff as well, but keeping them at around 45psi helps a bit.
 
Dealership service departments aren't always the best place to have modifications done. They get paid by book time and the faster they can get it out the more money they make by being able to get more work done. If they can get it done under book time, they still get full book time pay, but can move on to another vehicle, essentially double dipping on pay rates. And troubleshooting suspension issues isn't thier strong point.

you have kit ending in ac. The dealership told me mopar adds puck now to level front end
 
Check the pressure in your tires. But they do give a harsher ride.

Yes, the AC kit sounds about right. Upgraded shocks, UCA, bolts, etc., but definitely NO puck spacers involved (in the front). My truck still has a rake, which I prefer, since I carry motorcycles in the back quite often. Do you have the stock ORP? If so, the stiffer front springs can harshen the ride.
 
Hmmm ... my 2022 Big Horn 4x4 crew cab has factory 2" lift as part of the "Off-Road Group" and it rides smoooooooooooooth as silk. (No leveling, just lift, still has rake. Tires = as installed by factory on OEM 20" x 9" wheels, Falken Wildpeak A/T, 275/55R20 - My tire pressure = 40 psi.)

What others have said about the tires seems to make sense, although my tires have a pretty low profile (ratio = 55).

Off-road group is only 1" over the non-offroad group suspension.

I have no rake left. Service manager said it’s a longer front shock which makes spring tighter pushing up into strut tower. He said the lift ending in ac is the third updated version of lift that also is a leveling kit and suspension lift
