Had dealership install Mopar 2 inch lift on my 2019 ram

All though putting E rated tires at the recommended psi for the P rated tires that came on the truck isn't good, either.

Off-road group is only 1" over the non-offroad group suspension.
OK, I thought it was 2" but now I cannot find any reference to that height. Not sure where I got the 2" from.

It sure seems like 2" higher - I had to get the side step to be able to get in without strain whereas stock ride height was easy to get into, and 1" wouldn't seem to make that much difference.

If there is a definitive statement from Ram that it is just 1" I will accept that and will stand corrected.

That’s the right psi for that load rated tire. When I install my summer tires with the same rating even on a stock truck the ride greatly changes.

If this is your first run with E rated tires, it will take some getting used to. Give it about 4,000 miles and it'll feel better. Not sure if that's just from getting used to it, or if they soften up, but that's been my experience. Either way, if you want to be above a ~31" tire you don't have a choice but to run E rated tires.

You can get a Falken Wildpeak in 33” that’s D rated

The Rebel sits about 1.5-2" taller, but part of that is the stock 33" tires, vs the 32" tires on the Off Road group. The suspension itself only adds 1".

You can get 33" Nitto tires with an XL rating.

Thank u for input. I’m in to deep (to much money invested tires, lift, install). Either way I will have to get used to it

Lower your air pressure to 38 or so. That will make them a little softer. Just watch that the tire edges don't wear, if they do you will have to put a few more pounds of air to correct that.

They will wear and handle oddly going below 40psi

I had 10 ply E rated Ko2 tires on my Silverado 4X4 1/2 ton pickup. I ran them at 35-40 psi with no ill effects. Maybe tires brands matter?

Brands and sizes most definitely matter. There is no one size fits all air pressure that works for every tire

I have the "c" lift on my truck. It rode just about the same as stock until I changed the wheels and tires. Went with 18" ridge grapplers in 35x 11.5. Rides a littler rougher now, but not too rough at all. Also this lift should keep the rake. I added ORG front springs to my lift to level it out

Wow fellas So I have been in phone with mopar specialists and we figured out that dealership put coil seats upside down and that is why the truck rides so ****ty cause spring is to tight and there is no give at all

Do you guys think if I put 1750 miles on truck and the Springs where compressed an extra 2 inches that I ruined new fox shocks and stock front springs are ruined?

Maybe? But doubt it. Have the dealer switch it out to the way it is supposed to be. If ride is still somewhat ****ty, I’d throw a fit with service manage and get them to order and install another new kit the way it should be.

Side note……..most of not all fox suspension parts are fully rebuildable through fox directly.
