We went live with our 5th Gen Ram 1500 30" Light Bar Bracket sets. They have been selling super fast. They allow you to mount a 30" light bar behind the lower grille in the bumper. With drilling they could be used on many applications and used for shorter light bars as well. We built out all of bracket sets we had materials for and are getting them to powder coat. Get your orders in before they are gone. All orders will ship as soon as we get them back from powder coat.

We used measurements supplied by @Waterfowler41 to make these brackets. Britt, can you post a picture of your truck with the light bar installed? Please and thank you! We truly appreciate all of our awesome customers and the ideas to built stuff for these trucks. You all make it possible for us to continue doing what we love and building awesome products for you guys.

Here you go!

This was on my beta brackets. S&G’s are far better quality

Are there any specific light bars this mounts up to or are they universal?
I believe @Waterfowler41 used a cheaper one off of Amazon and possibly a smittybilt but you’d have to ask him for sure. If you have a specific light bar in mind, I can look at the specs and take some measurements. We also have a meeting with a top of the line light manufacturer coming up to see if we can start representing them and selling their products.

For test fitting the bracket I used a nilight bar off Amazon. I just picked up a diode dynamics 30” bar for when my brackets come in.

The nilight bar I found on amazon shows to be 32 inches across. is that the one you use? I don't need anything too fancy as I just use it around the farm.

Have you considered making a front tow hooks to shackle conversion bracket? It doesn't look like anyone makes them for the 5th gen.
I haven't thought about it. I don't think it would be overly difficult to make. I wonder what kind of interest there would be.

Have the brackets started shipping yet?
We just got the first run back from powder coat today. We are packing today and will start shipping tomorrow. We picked up about $4,000 worth of product so we have a ton of packaging and shipping labels to get moving on. In may lead in to Monday for shipping but we are going to get them out as quick as possible.

Just bought a pair, use the link under Site Vendors to go buy them.
Thank you. First run was picked up today. I think we got enough to ship all of the current orders but it will be super close. Next run is at powder coat and will ship as soon as they are done.

Sounds like fun! :ROFLMAO:

How does the light output look with the grill and sensors in the way? I'm thinking i might just go Spot/Hyperspot since there will be alot of light interference that i wouldnt get the distance by going with the driving or flood bar. I like the look of it hidden but worried there is too much in the way of the bar to really get the output.
