Got a new rear window installed in my 3 week old Limited, hopefully this will fix the leak problem..........

Just curious, where was the leak coming from and how did you notice it?

Top of the frame. I was aware that this was a known issue and when I drove through a downpour I thought it was a good idea to check. Had drips along the whole upper edge and a few drips on top of the back seat. I assume if I would have driven through a carwash the same would have happened.

I haven't researched this myself, but does anyone sell multi-color light kits? My wife's Lincoln Navigator comes from the factory with color-changing ambient lights, which you can change as you desire (via the console interface). It's kinda cool, except for the fact that my wife and daughter can't seem to agree which color is "the right one". Sigh...

You can do what this guy did seems cool but not sure if it’s worth the effort.

I hand washed my truck and installed my paint matched bumper plugs. I like hand washing my vehicles because you get a good, up close look at everything.

This truck just continues to impress me more and more. The quality of the body panels, fit and finish are so much better than my old Tundra. The sheet metal feels much thicker. When I'd hand wash my Tundra, the door and bed panels would oil can as you would scrub them with a rag. As a matter of fact, someone reached into the back of my truck and leaned against the side panel and it caused a crease in the metal. That seems less likely to happen with the Ram.

I accidentally drove a few hundred feet on a road that had just been chip sealed and got tar on left rear wheel well flare. I normally use Turtle Wax Tar and Bug remover but if anyone has a better suggestion, I'd appreciate it.

Not that i know of. My girl friends Mercedes does that. I like it as well. Would be sweet if they came out with some. I know Lasfit makes some led fog lights that chnage colors depending on how many times you hit the fog lights button.

Installed my new Hellwig Sway Bar. definitely a thicker, heavier bar than stock.

I started with the middle setting ,but I might move it around after a couple of weeks just to see if I notice any difference.

Took about 20 minutes including taking time to take pictures.

I've only driven around my neighborhood so I can't comment on how much of a change there really is, but even around corners at normal speeds I can tell there's not as much body roll.

Won't get to really test it out until tomorrow. Looking forward to it though!

Mine is on order. I have 2 cracks. Each one is right above the slider window openings.

I started with the middle setting ,but I might move it around after a couple of weeks just to see if I notice any difference.

Took about 20 minutes including taking time to take pictures.

I've only driven around my neighborhood so I can't comment on how much of a change there really is, but even around corners at normal speeds I can tell there's not as much body roll.

Won't get to really test it out until tomorrow. Looking forward to it though!

Yes. I called Hellwig to make sure I was using the right part number.

Installed 12V outlets in the bed. The top spot is a switch, middle is a volt meter with one USB-A and one USB-C port, and the bottom is a 12V DC outlet.

I’m not sure if this was the best way to do this, but I put a fuse box in the bed near the cab, connected the fuse box to the battery with 6 AWG wire (with a 60A circuit breaker in between). I’ll later add a low-voltage disconnect so I don’t accidentally drain the battery, but for now, I’ll just be careful.

The fuse box and the switch are connected with 12 AWG wire, and the switch and the outlets are connected via 16 AWG wire. The outlets came with 22 AWG wire, which seemed inadequate.

The fuse box is put in a waterproof box, which I’ll mount underneath my Retrax canister if the darn cover ever comes in.

I ran the wiring yesterday, with the help of my brother-in-law’s lift. Then today, I wired up the fuse box and neatened up a few things.

I put the fuse box in the bed, rather than under the hood, so if I want to add additional lighting, etc, to the back I don’t have to run long stretches of wire again. There are pros and cons to decision, but it works.

WD-40 works great to remove the tar... then wash with soap and water

Just got done installing my Dual Camera Dash Cam... Slight pain in the ***, but it all came together in the end... I wired the Thinkware iVolt Mini behind the rear driver seat velcro'd to the wall...

My iVolt instructions say to insert the add-a-fuse to an ACC slot that has a 20A fuse. Then insert that 20A fuse and the 20A fuse that they supplied both in the add-a-fuse. What slot did you plug into? And what size fuses did you use in the add-a-fuse? Thanks for your help!
