What did you do to your Ram today???

I ordered the Borla S-Type exhaust system and I adjusted the rear headrests. I have had back seat passengers state that the angle of the headrest is not fully comfortable when in the full upright position. So I took the headrest apart and bent the support rods. Now, the headrest sits about an inch further back than original. Now they are comfortable to rest on!

Got installed my B2Fabrication Moderate mid-muffler replacement yesterday. Rear resonators are still on. Sounds perfect! Nice deep growl, not too loud, wife approved.

Yes I know it's a do it yourself but I wanted it welded and not clamped 😁
Sound clip is up on my Instagram @babayaga5.7

Looking forward to your feedback after the S-Type is installed! I am going back and forth on the Touring or the S-Type!

I’m sitting in fast food line waiting. So I figured I check my voltage while I’m reading your post. 12.6v looking good for. But this is battery voltage. Where you getting system voltage?

Wow, that seems low to me. It should reflect the alternator charging the system, not just base battery voltage

A mechanic friend of mine told me a couple years ago that, on chevys at least, once the battery is showing charged it cuts power going to it, or something to that effect. A different friend had asked him about his amp gauge dropping and raising randomly. I'm guessing, assuming this is true, that most newer vehicles have similar technology

After 2 months I finally had the time, and ambition, to hand wash it. Dried and spiffed up with a little of Leno's "ceramic" spray. I seriously question the level of ceramic in it. Seems more like a glorified detailer. But it was cheap, and applied easily. It'l have to do for now. 50% chance of rain today, so I drove my beater to work. Can't take any risks now ha.

I used to see the same thing with my old Chevy truck. Sometimes the volt meter would register 12V. I was told the same thing. I never had any issues with truck, except that power windows caused the headlights to dim slightly when being used. I figured a more powerful alternator should fix that. GM must have designed the electrical system without any voltage buffer and was running at full capability all the time. Good thing I didn't add a ton of electrical draw to the system.

Added new blue led lights inside the cab. Got lights from HIDKITPRO.

Wow, it looks like a night club in there!

I haven't researched this myself, but does anyone sell multi-color light kits? My wife's Lincoln Navigator comes from the factory with color-changing ambient lights, which you can change as you desire (via the console interface). It's kinda cool, except for the fact that my wife and daughter can't seem to agree which color is "the right one". Sigh...

Got a new rear window installed in my 3 week old Limited, hopefully this will fix the leak problem..........
