Picked mine up a few weeks ago April 23rd. Check my sig for the overall timeline. Happy camper. Limited Night Edition but with an OEM wheels/tires swap to get the Off-Road Package Night Edition 20" wheels and All-Terrain tires that you can only get stock with the Laramie trim for some reason. Oh well, will sell the 22" wheels & tires as new take-offs. They were in the bed for the drive home. Best of luck to all with the waiting game..."Waaaiiiiiiiaaaiiting is the harrrrdessstt Paarrrrt."

Thanks man. Yep, if I end up staying in California long-term, it will be for the mountains and overall geography (mountains, desert, and beaches all within 3 hrs or so of driving). Best of luck with your order.

I ordered 3/10 and my vin is 746319, still in D hell, but expected as I’m in Canada. Takes for f n ever.

Edit: disregard, checked ram chat tonight and it’s being scheduled. Asked when the status changed and it was April 29, which means D1 for me baby. Maurice also said next up is frame stage! Might have a truck by June!!! Slightly excited now. Order to D1 was 7 weeks and 1 day.

Tomorrow will be 5 months since i went to the dealership and ordered my 1500 Sport. Just talked to the guy at the dealership. He said that mine was still in D status . But it will get built and won't get flipped to a '22. that's it. no timeline or anything. the wait continues...............

I agree with @space4092 ; that's insane. Did they forget about you? Maybe see if RamChat "escalating" things actually does anything?

That might be around the time Stellantis decided to use their supply of chips for the 5th gen builds. At some point, they started shutting other plants down to do that.

Personally, I don't think asking for them would work too well. These trucks are in high enough demand that if you don't buy it the next person will.

I’m there with you. I just learned today that I moved to D1. Aaron is telling me my build should be wrapping up mid month.

I ask my dealer about that, they do not guarantee build times, they are just estimates.

Ordered 1-29-21, vin# received 2-12, built and shipped 3-10, arrived in winston nc 4-2, arrived at dealership 4-21. The kicker is it had the tailgate and bumper torn up. Can't get parts from Ram most are backordered. Dealership now is reordering the truck so looking at another 4 months.
