View attachment 85823 This is the online quote from Browning Ram in Norco. Plus, they have a 10% off parts and labor for all Rams and Jeeps at the moment. It is the cheapest I have found in SoCal so far.
Does anyone have the parts list for the 77072424AD KIT? The rear spring spacer from the previous part number was discontinued, 68323532AA, trying to see if part number changed in new kit.

Local dealer in Pennsylvania where I bought my truck from
  • Mopar 2" lift kit (installed)
  • 4 Ridge Grappler 295/60/20 tires mount and balanced
  • Alignment
  • Speedo Calibration check for adjustment
OTD with taxes: $3,732.32
With them doing it keeps the warranty inline.

Nothing squeaks on mine 5,500 miles on em. Just belt squeak when i was on the trails sunday...due to the lack of any type of undershield :cautious:

Also still have the intermitted "ACTIVE TUNED MASS MODULE TEMP UNAVAILABLE"
Not getting the best feeling now with this truck.......no protection for the belts and not even hard trails and messes up a sensor/module???? dealership didnt wven call me back....so guess its isnt all that important. ( rant over) sorry

I'm so glad I found this thread, and even though I did my best to get through all 80 pages of it, I still have some questions and maybe need some reassurance to talk me off this ledge. So please be gentle!

I've been wanting to go the Bilstein 5100 or 6112 route, but everywhere I look, they are out of stock with no promise of them becoming available anytime soon. So after reading this thread, the Mopar lift checks a lot of boxes for me: factory warranty, retains/supple comfortable ride, all the parts you need in one kit vs. piecing together this and that. I haven't checked availability of the Mopar kit yet, so I'm hoping that's not a problem. Truck is a '21 Bighorn for reference.

So here goes my questions:
- I want as close to zero rake with this setup. I don't tow and don't have any immediate plans to do so. So from what I gathered and to confirm, to achieve this look, you need to install a set of ORP springs ONLY in the front? It's straightforward, just putting the ORP spring on the strut supplied with the kit? I'm sure I can call around and figure out the right part number to get this.
- For the UCA's, the purpose of replacing those (and not using the ones in the Mopar kit) is to avoid stretching the limits of the ball joint b/c of the additional lift, but is it absolutely necessary? Again, finding a set of UCAs is a challenge because a lot of the options are out of stock. I'd say 20% of the truck's time will be beach driving or the occasional unmaintained game lands road to a hunting/fishing spot.

I have a couple local garages in mind to do this work, so it's not going through a dealer to have it done. I have seen tire setups in this thread that seem on target with what I'm planning, so I'm not too concerned with that and plan to do a 295/60/20 setup on my stock 20x9's.

This is the final piece of the puzzle for my truck, so I want to make sure I do it once, and do it right and avoid any rework.

Thanks for your time, input and attention!

I have the factory Mopar 2" lift, as it still leaves some rake I've been happy with the look and it doesn't bother me as much as i thought it may. The ride quality is great. Id recommend this set up. The kit comes with everything needed. if you simply want stock ride and fir larger tires, ..... i have a brand new leveling kit i can sell you for a lot cheaper then doing the whole lift kit. haha, I'm running 295/60/20 (34") (stk rims) and there is no rubbing, wish i had just gone 35x12.5 though. they fit without rubbing also. I also removed the lower valance along with automatic the wind deflector for better angle approach and clearance. MPGS about the same, not to noticeable, say < .6 difference

Hope this helps. the Nitto Ridge grapplers and quiet for road and grip off road mud/sand really well. (y)

Thanks GrayRam, seeing your truck was one of the inspirations of how I wanted mine to look (esp since it's the same color). The parking space photo on top of the snowpile was the best. I appreciate the offer for the level kit, but I think I want the lift all around, so I'm gonna go with the Mopar kit. This thread is making me more confident about doing that.

I just watched a YouTube of a guy installing this on a '21 Bighorn and he didn't mention anything about the ORP springs up front to eliminate the rake. In fact in the comments, someone mentioned the earlier kits didn't address eliminating the rake but the spacers in the latest kit do address this. It was a straight install of the kit, no add on of the ORP springs. This fits with what's in this thread and what you had said about having a slight rake on your truck. The more i look at my stock truck in the garage with the rake, I despise the rake, but understand why they did it. May i ask how much a difference in rake you are seeing?

I had a friend recommend the Falken Wildpeaks, but I'm seeing more of a following for the Nitto tires. I may go with those as well, because I didn't see a 35x11.5 in the Falkens. And its probably a better application for my needs. Thanks again for your help!

I didn't measure exactly how much rake is still there, but i wanted close to level and it doesn't bother me. So id have to guess about 1"-1.5" maybe

Perfect, so I may be able to forego the ORP springs and just focus on getting the lift kit itself. From your pictures, you can't really tell that there is a rake there. I'll continue to get thru all the pages in this thread and see if there are more pics with the different configurations. I made it to page 50 (going backwards) last night before I fell asleep.
