Anyone else having trouble with the suspension not returning to the Normal position after selecting the Easy entry mode on it's own?
Mine will only go up to the Aero mode but won't go into Normal mode unless I manual select it again.

There was a post like this before. Mine goes straight to normal height when I hit 16 mph.

I thought so an looked and couldn't find it on my phone accountant, sorry if it was already discussed.
What was the solution?

Mine has been staying in aero mode both on the highway and in town. Not a big deal for me, but i will try setting it higher and see if it returns to normal as i assumed it will.

Mine only seems to do it when I select the easy entry off the remote key fob, doesn't want to return to Normal only returns to the Aero mode.

Not a big deal as I could just deselect the Aero mode option on the screen but why should I?

So weird. Mine goes back to Normal height at 16 mph regardless of whether aero mode is selected or not.

Seems like a programming glitch. It should go from entry/exit height directly to Normal automatically at 16 mph. This is starting with the key fob to lower the truck.

I agree also but that's not happening with mine..

I noticed with mine if i accelerate agressivlly it will go to aero mode. If i accelerate slowly it goes to normal

Mine does the same thing. I am waiting on an answer from Tech representatives. Wish I had more to report

Yes mine started doing this last week. Dealer tried to explain to me how the air suspension works . this is my second truck with air suspension i know how it works. drove it to the dealer stuck in aero mode , they said they couldn't replicate it, hell it was in aero mode sitting in there lot. ill just wait until finally someone figures out the software glitch.

What I have found so far is that if I manually go to Normal first and drive, and then stop to park and quickly hit down twice to park, it will return to normal when I drive again next. If I hit down once (which is what the manual instructions say), it only goes to aero and won't auto adjust to normal next time. I'm following Slim's thread too. Not even messing with dealer yet as I'm sure they will be of no help on this one.

I just manually put it where its supposed to be when it gets hung up . It shouldn't even go to aero when you use the toggle only entry ,normal, off road 1 , off road 2 .

Mine works as expected. Normal to Aero at speed and back, Normal to E/E to Normal, etc. I’ve noticed that if I manually set it to Aero, it will run there all the time (and I believe it may even return to Aero from E/E if I do that). But I haven’t been consciously testing this...I typically leave it in Normal.

Field tech said they have no common complaints about the air suspension being stuck in aero mode, so I will bring it to my dealer to start documenting it. Guess that's the only way they will see the problem exists.

Hi 1Raider,
Keep us posted if you decide to bring your truck to your dealer. Just send us a private message and we would be happy to help address any questions or concerns you may have while your truck is being serviced.

Manually switched from normal down to aero then to entry/exit while sitting in the truck. Then drove off and it only went to aero.

I believe that is the way it is designed to work. Mine does the same. If you select areo it will default to aero.

The only way my 2015 went into aero was on its own at a specified speed around 60 MPH and would come out and back to normal at a specified speed around 35-40 MPH after a certain amount of time. you could not select aero manually. My 2019 was the same at first but now sticks in aero and goes thru aero between normal and off road 1. after re reading the manual i believe this is a malfunction aero is not on of the settings you can do manually .

I just had this same issue. Its only happened once.
