Installed my Tazer DT on my ‘21 1500 Limited 5.7 w/eTorque.

Was able to get most of the features working but can’t seem to get the Seatbelt ding to stop, despite changing the settings on the DT and doing several key cycles.

Also, the Auto On/Off for the engine when stopped isn’t remembering the last setting when I start my truck. Couldn’t find a setting on the Tazer.

Any ideas?

Thanks!!

I stopped the Ding using the Manual's Procedure, but the light stays on and
a warning still comes up on the Gauge Cluster everytime you start going from
a stop.

I purchased these Extenders that make the truck think the seat belt is clicked
in. So, no Warnings and the Seat Belt can still be used. The little latch plugs
can be used if you need to stop it while riding in a Friend's Vehicle.

Here in NH, Seat Belts are not required, unless you are under 18. The same
goes for Motorcycle Helmets, Under 18 only. We take the State's Motto Seriously.

The GF and I went down the the local
(ish) canals yesterday for a few hours.
Hit the ruts and some good trails.

Did end up getting the " temp unavailable Mass modular " warning.

***To reduce noise in the cabin, two Active-Tuned Mass Modules (ATMM) mounted on the frame rails search out unfavorable vibrations and apply countermeasures. The electronically controlled ATMM units work in harmony with an interior active noise cancellation system on 5.7-liter Hemi V8-equipped models to reduce ambient sounds down to a low – and impressive – 67.1 decibels.***

So if that doesn't fix it self...back to the dealer for warranty lol.......ram can go off-road a little bit without this little of a tthing! Kind of worries me.

Update:

pressure washed the bottom and havent gotten the warning again.....so all is good it would seem.

Mine isn’t remembering.

I wonder if mine is the Joe Biden Special Edition Tazer DT.
Might try reaching out to Z-automotive. I know the current available firmware has the option for trailer brake controller, but it doesn't work. They fixed it in the new beta firmware that they haven't officially released yet

Funny you mention that. I texted them last night and they responded today to tell me that there will be a firmware update this week; they finally got a 2021 1500 in house to test and correct any compatibility items.

With this firmware update it will remember the Auto Start/Stop.

Slow at work so I fitted this MBRP Muffler in, start up video to come.

Update: MBRP muffler replacment does have good amount of drone at lower speeds while under slight throttle..... a little more then what i was trying for with keeping stock muffler back. But over all throaty and noticeable. cant get my video to send to the email and load...... but heard one heard them all i guess. again, the Decibels at under 55 and slight load on the throttle causes a drone....see how i feel after a few more miles. Def love the bark at a cold start and heavy throttle, just wish it didnt drone as much at basic reg driving speeds/throttle load. (1,500-2,300rpm)

Getting the ATMM fixed may help..... might be why in all reviews it wasnt stated that a drone is present

Went off roading in wharton state park with the wife in her wrangler. Parked my truck in the middle of the woods and took this picture. Looks like a crime was committed, and the truck was abandoned...lol.

Anywhoo...back home now, and not going to do any mods to the truck...going to do some mods on the charger.

yessir, if you get the MFT (multi-function tailgate) you get the center mounted step.
Damn...I have the MFT but no step :(
...and I'm sure it's a million dollar add on from Mopar...lol

I think you have to get the MFT and BUG to get the step.

I think so too...I don't have the cargo divider either...you would think with an MSRP of $74000 that stuff would be included....ughhh
