Well, I’m glad I’m on a trial subscription because they tried to blame RAM and the modem in the vehicle for not working. However, they couldn’t explain why I can still stream Pandora Artist Radio channels I setup which requires a working modem. 🙄

Plus, it just doesn’t make sense that everyone’s modem would go out around the same time. I’m thinking Sirius updated something that screwed up all this stuff and won’t admit the problem when we call (except to you).
I agree... my sirius xm travel link and traffic work, xm pandora works, rewind works, etc. just the stations over the internet (after 400 something) does not.

I'll check if I have those channels. I do subscribe to All Access.
UPDATE: Everything seems to be working as it should. All channels and Pandora Stations.
When on a channel that uses WiFi, it takes a minute to a while to load sometimes.

I can't make any channel above 470 work or even show up!

I used to be able to stream music on the high channels on Sirius around the 700's I think. I still have the all access plan but only get channels to around 400's now no more streaming. I haven't had a uconnect subscription since Nov. Do I need Uconnect to stream music on Sirius? All I have read online says you just need the all access plan. Thoughts
I"ve had the same issue. Multiple calls to sirius xm. annoying as hell. As an Avionics tech I wouldn't accept their answer. I haven't driven my 2019 Ram limited for a few months (winter). When I got back in, my streaming didn't work. My streaming stations just said unavailable. My presets to them didn't work either. Standard Sat stations worked. After poring over the internet nothing really came light. Until I put together that the 360L is capable of storing multiple remotes....more than two. (Great to know but I only have two and don't need more). The fobs control a lot of things in the vehicle. Simply swapping remotes brought back my channels. Now I need to program my other Fob so it knows what the first one knows. Still a great system. Very advanced, but annoying as hell with the lack of tech help.

Hope this helps.

FCA if you are listening. perhaps putting a strip or something on future Fobs to differentiate programing would help.

UPDATE* Had time to test out the other Fob today. Now Fob two works. Thanks Sirius. As they say it's always the truck. Blows my theory out of the water and I don't appreciate being lied to. Thanks for updating. Why are they always blaming each other. Just do your do diligence and just push the fix. No one cares whos fault it is.

Love my RAM!

I don't know if it was the disconnecting of the battery or they pushed a bad Sirius programming OTA update and fixed it quietly. Mine works now.
It seems play by play sports channels and a handful of new channels popped up. Maybe they have been there, I haven't travelled like used to pre covid.

Did you do anything to fix the issue like a battery disconnect or did it start working on its own? I’m out of town until Saturday so I will have to check my truck when I get back to see if it’s working again.

Nothing, came back on it's own.

FYI, I had the same issue. Streaming channels stopped about 2 weeks ago. I finally called Sirius on Monday to report the issue. Tuesday another rep returned my call and did some troubleshooting. I could not see the streaming channels, 701 and higher, and I could not access on demand content. The rep indicated she needed to speak to an engineer and would call me tomorrow.

Today, Wednesday, she called back, acknowledged there was a problem with mine and other accounts. She said their engineers had pushed a fix to the radios having the issue. When she had me try to use the streaming channels, 701 and higher, I could now see them but they said I had to upgrade my plan. She confirmed that my plan was all access and that it might take several hours for the system to update. She asked if she could call me on Tuesday to confirm if it was working.

Long story short, it appears they know about the problem and it sounds like, at least in others cases from above posts, the problem has been cleared up. I will wait another day, to see if everything is working again. They even gave me a $10 credit. So I can't complain. They were very responsive for me. I hope it gets fixed for everyone!

I hadn't tried the streaming channels until reading this thread. Working fine here (2019 Limited). How do you get to Pandora on Uconnect? I can use CarPlay of course but...

UPDATE - Still doesn't work. Sirius we tried the next day and same problem. Sirius XM is still working on the issue for me. Very disappointing.

I just got back into town this evening and haven’t drive the truck since Tuesday. Started it up tonight and all the streaming channels were back! Very strange. I hope we don’t have to deal with this issue again.

As of yesterday stream and Pandora wasn't working again.. have a 4hr drive home tomorrow.. hope it's working or I'm canceling the subscription. These trips are the reason I pay for this in the first place.

Sirius tried again yesterday. #ramcares - if you see this can you help. I keep getting tossed between Sirius and FCA. I'm ready to scream!!! Thanks,

..mine is still spotty at best.

Never had these issues with my Ford. Though I had a whole lot of other issues with my last one, that's why I'm in a RAM. 🙃

Mine has been great since it was fixed a few weeks ago. I wonder why the disparity?

Since there’s been a bit of back and forth on this throughout this thread, I thought I’d try to explain how the truck’s built-in modem works in conjunction with SiriusXM’s audio service (which is their latest 360L version), SiriusXM Guardian, and the AT&T Hotspot.

The truck includes an LTE modem that is always on, even when the truck’s engine is not actually running. FCA (now Stellantis) uses this modem to do over the air (“OTA”) updates, which is probably the main reason they added it. With more and more car systems being software based versus hardware based, it makes sense for all automakers to include modems to do bug fixes and feature upgrades without incurring the cost of recalls or voluntary dealer service trips by the car owners.

But, just like the modem in your phone or the cable modem in your home, other applications can use the modem to communicate via IP (internet protocol).

SiriusXM’s audio services mainly uses satellite signals to deliver audio content to the truck. This is a one-way signal, which means the truck cannot communicate back with the satellites or the rest of the internet through the wireless spectrum used for that satellite broadcast signal. It’s just a one-way broadcast (like the old TV broadcast, which were also one-way). But, with 360L, which was introduced for the first time in the 2019 Ram 1500 with the 12” screen only (not the smaller screens), the SiriusXM audio service can use the LTE modem to speak to the internet, which means you can use the modem to listen to the higher SiriusXM channels that are otherwise only available on IP devices like smartphones, computers, smart speakers, etc.

The free trial we enjoyed (1 year previously and now 6 months??) includes the “All Access” package, which allows the user to listen both via satellite signals and via the modem’s IP connectivity. Once you shift to a self-pay subscription, you need to choose between the regular subscription or the All Access plan. If you don’t choose All Access, you will lose the LTE connection and, therefore, the upper channels.

SiriusXM Guardian is a completely separate service that provides safety and convenience features. Safety includes crash notification, vehicle location if stolen/car jacked, etc. The convenience features include remote door lock, remote start, etc. via the smartphone app. This is also provided as a free trial and once that lapses, you will lose these safety and security features unless you subscribe.

Finally, the AT&T Hotspot feature is yet another application that uses the modem, and is offered as a (very short) trial that can be turned into a self-pay subscription/data plan. All it does is allow the truck’s modem to be used as a hotspot for those in the truck who need wifi access (like someone using a wifi-only ipad). I can’t imagine why anyone would really need this or want to pay for another data service when it’s probably cheaper to just use your phone’s hotspot capabilities, even if you have to upgrade your phone’s data plan.

The one thing I’m not sure about is what paid service, if any, is needed for the built-in nav system to do online searches. Since it’s purely an FCA delivered product, I would think FCA would allow it’s own nav system to use the truck’s modem. It’s not like nav searches uses a lot of data anyway (vs. something like streaming music, never mind streaming videos). I can’t imagine the IP access that comes with the SiriusXM all access audio service would have anything to do with the nav. Why would SiriusXM bear the cost of that data usage, even if it’s small? Same thing with the Guardian service, although since that is meant to provide “convenience” features, maybe IP nav connectivity is one of the convenience features it provides?? Finally, I can’t believe the AT&T hotspot has anything to do with the nav search feature either.

I also don’t know what IP connectivity is needed for the Pandora channels being discussed in this thread. Since SiriusXM owns Pandora, it seems to make sense that you need an All Access subscription (or the trial) to get Pandora channels, since you need the two-way IP connectivity to make this a personalized channel. But, perhaps SiriusXM wants to promote Pandora usage and will allow the use of the modem even with the basic SiriusXM audio subscription. I don’t know….

Anyway, I hope this is helpful — and accurate! :)

Pandora is still spotty at best.. and it doesn't seem to be location related. It'll drop in a high signal area while sitting parked.. then you change to the HD radio and back.. the station loads fine. I think it's RAM / XM's buggy software.. be it in the dash or on their servers.
