Just received my FREE 4-Year Full Synthetic Oil Change & Tire Rotation Plan from MOPAR today :)
I though it is a standard part of Ram Care Plan no? Maybe I misunderstood but they gave it to me as well when I bough the RAM.

Tell me more.... How did you manage to get such a great gift from MOPAR?
First off, I negotiate big deals for my livelihood so what I am able to accomplish may not be the norm (and I am not puffing out my chest or saying this for ego purposes...just a fact). When I had a minor issue with my 2019, I got MOPAR to give me this agreement at no charge. When I got rid of my 2019 to buy my 2021, I lost the agreement since it was tied to the VIN of the 2019. I called to transfer it over and was told back in early December that it would take about 45 days. About 45 days went by and nothing. Called MOPAR to follow-up and was told my request was denied because I didn't pay for it and it was gifted by MOPAR based on my 2019 "issues". I created a new case and escalated it up the ladder, made my case and got them to agree. Not only did they "transfer" it, they started the start date of the agreement from TODAY, versus a year ago, so I have the full 4 years to use it versus only 3 from the old date of contract.

I, typically, wouldn't have a dealer change my oil. However, the dealer close by does a great job and allows me to stand right there and watch so that I can ensure the PP oil is used and all is done to my satisfaction.

It is not...you either payed for it buried in the cost of your truck or you got a local deal free oil change program that cannot be used at any other dealer. What exactly did they give you...what is it specifically called?

I will check the paperwork once I am home. I am not aware I had an item in invoice with price tag for it so it might be dealer deal.

I think it is.

Some dealerships offer some perks for buying from them. Around here I've mostly seen maintenance (usually a couple of oil changes) and the dealership near me offers a free loaner for as long as you own the vehicle if you buy it new from them (unfortunately that dealership sucks).

The dealership I bought mine from was 120 miles away so I didn't want/need any perks from them. I was able to negotiate the lowest price for the truck by making a 'clean purchase'.

you were right it is a dealership deal - but I did not pay for it (at least it was not listed as independent price tag on my paperwork)! I am smarter now

Roughly $2k I should be able to get back. Only dumb part it says it takes 60-90days to get refunded.
Going to be able to recoup some of the unused warranty cost? I've done that twice in the past with significant success.

Are you going through your dealer or FCA for your refund? If you go through your dealer where you purchased it from, like I have done in the past, it took a week. FCA can take a month or two.

Finally got around to clean slate wash, clay, wipe out surface prep and ceramic outside. Truck is only two weeks old and paint was in great shape so skipped correction. Tried the highly recommended Turtle wax ceramic spray this time and turned out great. Two coats with 24 hours to dry between in my garage.

Also installed my Truxedo pro X15 other day and pleased so far. Next is to figure out if I want a bed mat or bed rug.

Yeah I came out without a scratch thank God. Those winding gravel snow covered roads in Iowa. I was pulling a trailer to pick up a garden tractor. 1 min from my destination a sharp turn even with me driving like a turtle. Was slippery as shyt with trailer behind me. Pushed me into the ditch. The car worked wonderfully. Air bags deployed sos button worked. It really protected me well. Just big time sad ol girl is done for.
Glad you're alright and everything worked as designed in that situation.

I am mad about how well your rambox doors fit. How old is your truck?
